Margreb Minerals, m.cap of 3m, $1bn in the ground (MMS)

Still Waiting - 11 Mar 2007 15:05

Latest investor report:-

http://www.maghrebminerals.co.uk/documents/maghreb/Feb2007/February%202007%20Maghreb%20Minerals%20Presentation%20Indaba%20Mining%20Confernce%20South%20Africa.pdf

With MMS recently concluding deals in Tunisia it has estimated reserves and disused mines with a value in excess of $1billion.

The company is in discussions with JV partners that will bring in the capital to re-start mining quickly.

What value would you place on a company with value in the ground.

With a market cap. of under 4m this looks way too low and should fly with a JV in place.

The share is tightly held with a listed Canadian mining group owning 24%.

Positive news could see the SP multi-bag within days...

Not one for widows or orphans but a small stake could pay dividends in any portfolio.

Outlook
-------

The Group's focus in the immediate future is on its Tunisian assets and in
particular on those most likely to be able to be converted into producing mines
in the near term.

Now that the important agreements on the two former mine concessions at Bou
Jabeur and Fej Lahdoum have been signed with the O.N.M in Tunisia together with
the acquisition of the fluorite permit at Zriba (Zaghouan), Maghreb is focussing
on the "advanced exploration" opportunities that these permits provide. This
will be followed in due course by exploration on its other permits including
Djebel Fej Lahdoum, Djebel Goraa, Lorbeus and Ouled Moussa.

The Group has been approached by, and opened discussions with, a number of
parties who have expressed interest in entering into varying commercial
relationships to exploit the different mining concessions and exploration
permits held by the Group.

Still Waiting - 27 May 2007 20:16 - 6 of 189

Lead prices soared to a new high last week.

I'm expecting news of the JV partner any time now, once confirmed these will start to move ahead strongly as investors wake up to the value MMS can extract from their mining assets.

Been in this for some time now Andy, always thought that Griffin Mining might be a good suitor with excellent expertise !

relishing - 01 Apr 2008 13:13 - 9 of 189

Any opinions on the departure of the 2 geologists last month?

Andy - 01 Apr 2008 13:48 - 10 of 189

relishing , required field,

I saw their presentation at the Excel Arena recently, and to be honest my thoughts were that production is too far away to invest now, and they need to raise more cach, which woin't be too easy in the current credit climate.

Just my thoughts, and good luck if you are already invested, I'm not trying to put the stock down.

relishing - 01 Apr 2008 20:40 - 11 of 189

Well i'm a buyer at this level for various reasons including:

- Enterprise value is just over 1m with around 2m cash in the bank.
- Fully funded for next 5 Quarters.
- Bon Jabeur JORC resource upgrade due shortly.
- Management seems competant and PR/IR is imo very good for their size.

So with a market cap of just over 3m including 2m cash, what I like about that is that no success at all is priced in, and the risk to the downside seems very minimal. On the other hand the upside is blue-sky. Reading the boards, sentiment among long-time holders seems near rock-bottom too. Add to this Pb and Zn prices that have fallen over the last 6 months or so but from their charts look very much like they are bottoming or have bottomed and are ready to begin climbing again, and you get a whole lot of upside potential for a very cheap price.

Other plus points include some institutional involvment, and that the last placing was done at much higher price (7p I think?).

Regarding your comments on production and cash Andy, I did see something somewhere about the Fluoride/Fluorspar (sp) concession possibly being brought into production in H2 this year, other than that I believe they are in JV talks for other concessions. The main one is of course a while away - they need to do pre-feasibility study, bankable feasibility etc. So with their 2m in the bank what makes you think they need to raise more cash at the moment?

required field - 01 Apr 2008 23:05 - 12 of 189

A jorc estimate might help....I still think that this one like VML could do with a helping hand to kick start things !

required field - 02 Apr 2008 09:38 - 13 of 189

Blimey ! was it something we said ?; up 16.5 % and counting !

kuzemko - 02 Apr 2008 10:23 - 14 of 189

hi relishing,
i agree with your analysis, for the same reason i'd invested in this company few weeks ago. i've been mms for 2 yrs now. i remember 2yrs ago in jan in shoot up 100%+ just on the success.
sounds like mms has made an progress, any news on jvs or interest from other companies will habe huge impact.futhermore, mms has influencial stakeholders. i'll try to dig out my reasearch on mms from months ago.

Still Waiting - 02 Apr 2008 22:14 - 15 of 189

If it can make progress tomorrow then this may well be the bottom, however MMS has a habit of declining that is proving hard to break. It has for the last 12mths+ anyway.

Still Waiting - 20 Apr 2008 20:22 - 16 of 189

options granted to directors and staff on Friday.

Have they bagged them just before positive news is released?

kuzemko - 08 May 2008 12:14 - 17 of 189

hi,
anyone with any news or info on mms current progress???

relishing - 08 May 2008 12:29 - 18 of 189

Last communication I had was about 3 weeks ago, with Ms Hywood.

She said they are drilling intensively with 4 rigs working 2 shifts daily, and that they were pretty much maxing out the assay lab with the volume of core samples. She said they anticipated releasing a 'comprehensive announcement' towards the end of this month.

I recommend emailing her if you have any queries about progress etc : Jane Hywood [jane.hywood@maghrebminerals.co.uk]

scotinvestor - 28 May 2008 11:45 - 29 of 189

yes i saw it relishing......whats your view on it....something to do with russia....sounds dodgy in itself as anyone involved with russia is prob corrupt

relishing - 28 May 2008 11:51 - 30 of 189

No, the parent company has funds in russia and eastern europe, but the fund that invested here specializes in undervalued small companies. Encouraging that they decided to suddenly buy 5.8% of the company - why now?

I think anyone who has dyor will have a good idea why.

Also apparently the man behind them James Passin is a director of several venture-stage international resource companies.

All good stuff.

kuzemko - 28 May 2008 13:40 - 31 of 189

corruption makes the world go around

scotinvestor - 28 May 2008 13:46 - 32 of 189

esp in russia! mind you, uk is getting better at it in last decade.....probably due to the flood of immigrants, illegal or otherwise

relishing - 28 May 2008 13:47 - 33 of 189

If it is and they buy much more they will be into manditory takeover offer territory.

scotinvestor - 28 May 2008 17:42 - 39 of 189

i tried buying via halifax in last 10 mins of day.....eventually came up with buying price and i clicked the deal button.....but then page came up about getting assistance with a halifax number.

i hate halifax. cant wait to change my bank account into a proper scottish bank as hbos aint scottish any more.

this sort of thing with buying shares has happened at least twice now this year.....halifax gave me a price for one after i bought where price was much higher than what i clicked on and the price never reached the price which i was given.

scotinvestor - 28 May 2008 17:44 - 40 of 189

suffice to say i never got mms shares.

probably by tomorrow at 7am.....when none of us can buy......the sp will rocket to 25.....thats the sort of luck i get in life

anyway at least i have a small holding which will give me some interest

pisces - 30 May 2008 08:40 - 48 of 189

Could this be the reason for a delay in the news we are all awaiting on resource estimates, maybe two pieces of news will be announced at the same time, hence the delay?

hi I was reading old posts from 04 back then investors were valuing mms 20p-30p???

kuzemko - 06 Jun 2008 11:42 - 53 of 189

Recent events in mms sstory to BEM.it looks like there is a demand.BEM shoot up we could expect the same story with mms

relishing - 06 Jun 2008 12:17 - 54 of 189

Yep - spotted that too kuzemko.

2 weeks ago I was told announcement expected within 2 weeks. I'll give it til Monday but if there's no news by the afternoon i'll get onto Jane Hywood again.

kuzemko - 06 Jun 2008 15:10 - 55 of 189

yes,mms has been digging for a while now.lot of hard work behind them.so now its a time for predator to come along.24%stake not to far off.this is very good sign .mms must be sitting on nice minerals...let's hope we hear some pos news next week and see some success -risk in the price

kuzemko - 09 Jun 2008 15:42 - 56 of 189

i think it'll fall down to 4.38 and trade around that level before good news

relishing - 09 Jun 2008 15:47 - 57 of 189

Possibly, depending on when news is. Currently 3v5 on level 2. With a bit more selling we may see 4.75-5p on the offer, not sure if it will go as low as 4.38p mid.
I've emailed Jane Hywood again today, lets see what she says this time. Hopefully not another '2 weeks'...

relishing - 10 Jun 2008 08:27 - 58 of 189

New out. Looks very good, although a little more patience is required for the resource update, and scoping study which is being prepared in the 'immediate future'.

kuzemko - 10 Jun 2008 11:10 - 59 of 189

:)

relishing - 10 Jun 2008 11:14 - 60 of 189

Hi kuzemko,

Just topped up with 10k at 4.5p.

I believe a scoping study is the first stage of planning for a mine, and is usually done only after a Measured resource catagory is attained. I think that tells us the quality of resource statement to expect in a few weeks time?

kuzemko - 10 Jun 2008 11:14 - 61 of 189

if the study and the update at end of june gives us more of a solid proof/numbers hopefully we'll see some of the success in the price

kuzemko - 10 Jun 2008 11:36 - 62 of 189

i've placed a limit buy for little top up. mms its looking v.good.
regarding rab cap disposal. rab is in need for cash they've been hit hard by CC

scotinvestor - 10 Jun 2008 12:47 - 63 of 189

surprised to see sp go down this morning but been a tick up recently, probably due to volume

kuzemko - 11 Jun 2008 17:28 - 64 of 189

i look forward to the report at end of june. with current prices and demand for minerals mms should be valued highly.maybe new investors will help mms accelerate the progress

relishing - 11 Jun 2008 22:49 - 65 of 189

Aye. This is one to hold onto tight at this price level kuzemko. Its one of those rare stocks that has a huge reward/risk ratio. Priced like a basket case yet it has x * 100 * the current market cap worth of mineral resources and renowned investors James Passin has just taken a 25% stake. Day to day trading seems to be dictated by 100s worth of trades but if you are willing to hold tight just for another month, its possible to see multi-100% rewards here for a relatively minute downside from this beaten down level?

kuzemko - 13 Jun 2008 13:47 - 66 of 189

couple good buys today. charts-it filled in gaps. hopefully we'll see some movement upwards next week

this wait will be rewarding

scotinvestor - 17 Jun 2008 11:27 - 70 of 189

i bought at 5.8p after a few days of big spike up thinking i got a decent sp.

now its under 4p even after todays news.....its less than 4 million this share, i dont understand why

kuzemko - 17 Jun 2008 11:36 - 71 of 189

:)

relishing - 17 Jun 2008 11:40 - 72 of 189

Knocked down on a few k of sells after initially being marked up on the positive news. This will go back up on a few k of buys.

Looking to buy more myself but since got 75k yesterday will hold off for a while. Think its possible this may test the recent all-time low of ~3.5p and form a double-bottom in which case I will buy more whenever that occurs. I suspect James Passin (Firebird) will be looking to top-up (average down) his 24% holding if the price remains at these levels as well.

kuzemko - 17 Jun 2008 11:49 - 73 of 189

scot
maybe it has something to do with fact that on 10th june mms announced that scoping study should be finish by end of june. in todays news-mid oct.therefore i think lot of buyers will wait till then.
i top up yesterday and by end of june might do it again

relishing - 17 Jun 2008 11:54 - 74 of 189

kuzemko,

They never announced the scoping study would be finished by end of june. They said the drilling programme would be finished by end of june, and then the scoping study would begin.
Today's announcement says it has now begun and will be ready in October.

kuzemko - 18 Jul 2008 17:11 - 80 of 189

weak Zinc andLead prices are probably the reason for further drop.

scotinvestor - 18 Jul 2008 17:45 - 81 of 189

was wondering when u were coming back.

sp is now less than cash holdings / assets......sp has been dropped to the floor

kuzemko - 18 Jul 2008 19:56 - 82 of 189

yes its looking very cheap.
but, metal prices came down fast.since mms did their estimate valuation."production of zinc is becoming uneconomical."
lets hope that by the time mms gets the stuff out of ground the prices and demand rebounces.
i'm willing to hold

scotinvestor - 19 Jul 2008 00:36 - 83 of 189

one of zinc news reports suggests end of 2009 zinc will zoom up due to china demand etc........they did say plus or minus 6 months....so could be in a years time onwards that zinc price will be going high again......which is best possible time for mms rather than just now

not much point in selling now as it cant get much lower

martinl2 - 20 Jul 2008 14:19 - 84 of 189

Prices, especially Lead, have recovered a bit in the last week though. Lead up around 20% and Zinc up around 12% from recent lows. But I do think we need to see a lasting rising trend in these prices in order to bring back sentiment in the near term.

some positive news,
1-barclay plc 5% holding
2-new experience director
-Zinc prices are on the upswing again with fresh demand from steel companies and buying by funds after prices dipped. There are indications of supply concerns
-Lead's strength seems to be waning, with prices failing to keep up with the up trend line and now dropping further.
hopefully we'll see little recovery in mms back to 5p soon???

kuzemko - 07 Aug 2008 10:14 - 88 of 189

nice buying volumes for past couple of days???

kuzemko - 13 Aug 2008 22:06 - 89 of 189

Technical Analysis - Zinc - Weak, oversold, but trying to rise
Lead's consolidation tested the lower levels of what we would defined as a correction from which it can rebound from with prices retreating

martinl2 - 14 Aug 2008 08:56 - 91 of 189

All metals gone down for the last few days with the strengthening $. However, many saying this $ strength will not last.

Anyway we have a kind of hedge in MMS in that as the $ gets stronger against the , any valuations or projected revenue amounts in $ translate into more and thus make the market cap in look even cheaper.

Still Waiting - 15 Aug 2008 20:21 - 92 of 189

this is from FT-opinions from few dirr sources, current drop in consumption and prices is a short term blip.over med-term analysts feel bullish on energy commoditiesand iron ore. both are badly needed in china and india and other emerging countries to build infrastructure. world has not discovered new oil fields or mines, nor have record high production cost plunged. it is important not to lose sight of long-term picture.one of the reason for a consumption slow down was due to the olympics in china, where lot of factories and construction were closed.
-IMF, agrees with that view, warning in a recent report that many fundamental forces behind the price surge-particulary eemerging countries robust demand and supply-are still at work and are keeping price high in the absence of a sharp global downturn.as soon as consumption recovers prices will increase again!!!

kuzemko - 14 Oct 2008 14:41 - 101 of 189

Wow.

Still Waiting - 07 Jan 2009 18:14 - 113 of 189

finally coming alive.

Passin in San Francisco, news to follow tomorrow perhaps?

he's got something planned to utilise the undervalued assets here.

kuzemko - 07 Jan 2009 21:35 - 114 of 189

wow!!!
in ft on monday just gone. there was a artical about china shopping around big time for small mining companies at early stages with proven assets in zinc and base metals.
lets hope tomorrow is another good day

Still Waiting - 07 Jan 2009 23:11 - 115 of 189

corporate action on its way, further assets to be reversed in??:-

any speculations???

kuzemko - 11 Jan 2009 18:05 - 117 of 189

The country situation has changed little. Tunisia remains a helpful place to do business, unlike Algeria where the environment looks increasingly difficult. Chinese miners who hold the license on the Algerian side of the Bou Jabeur deposit have not sunk a hole to date

China's commodities buying spree will turn to zinc this week as the state stocks up on cheap raw materials, a drive which seems motivated by cheap prices

kuzemko - 19 Jan 2009 22:08 - 122 of 189

any mews/update???

Still Waiting - 19 Jan 2009 23:28 - 123 of 189

nope, still waiting to hear what Passin has in store for this.

he believes heavily in uranium reprocessing using berylium and flourite oxides, lets hope some of the Tunisian assets can provide this.

hopefully an injection of funds/ offtake agreement and a firmer timetable for income generation will be high on his agenda.

martinl2 - 28 Jan 2009 12:53 - 124 of 189

Somethings afoot?

martinl2 - 31 Jan 2009 16:42 - 129 of 189

Next week could be an interesting one.

I hope so, because I doubled up my holding this week!

Still Waiting - 31 Jan 2009 21:03 - 130 of 189

had a few top ups myself.

kuzemko - 04 Feb 2009 13:20 - 131 of 189

need some news soon!!!

martinl2 - 04 Feb 2009 13:31 - 132 of 189

Agreed. People were saying last week that they had contacted the co and been told news should be out within 2 weeks. So if accurate it should be out any day now.
I know from the SER rns today that good news can come completely out of the blue without warning, so not trying to read anything from the trades/price action.
I have emailed my usual contact Jane Haywood this morning but not sure she even still works for MMS with the recent management shake-up?

kuzemko - 09 Feb 2009 12:23 - 133 of 189

ODD!!!

Still Waiting - 09 Feb 2009 20:01 - 134 of 189

Hopefully GOOD news kuzemko!

Still Waiting - 11 Feb 2009 19:56 - 138 of 189

its the news accompanying the scoping study that's important.

have they found a partner to start the mining??

Still Waiting - 12 Feb 2009 19:17 - 139 of 189

another 40% added today and the sp has now broken out before the news breaks...

martinl2 - 12 Feb 2009 19:47 - 141 of 189

Everythings pointing to a big rise tomorrow, and I mean a 100%+ sort of a rise :)

edit> Or perhaps a small retrace instead if there is no news lol.

Chinas Economy Shows Signs of Recovery on Stimulus (Update3)
Email | Print | A A A

By Kevin Hamlin

Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Chinas economy is showing signs that a 4 trillion yuan ($585 billion) stimulus package is taking effect.

The worlds third-biggest economy may expand 6.6 percent in the second quarter after slowing to 6.3 percent in the three months to March 31, the weakest pace since 1999, according to the median estimates of 14 economists surveyed by Bloomberg News.

China is trying to reverse an economic slide that has already cost 20 million jobs, raising the risk of social unrest as exports plunge and the property market sags. Spending on roads railways and housing has increased prices for iron ore, put a floor under industrial output and helped to drive a record $237 billion of new loans in January.

China looks set to be the first major economy to recover from the current global meltdown, said Lu Ting, an economist with Merrill Lynch & Co. in Hong Kong. China is the only economy in the world to see significant growth in credit to corporate and household sectors after September 2008, when the financial crisis worsened to a near collapse.

The governments stimulus plan, announced in November, is beginning to gather momentum. Projects such as the building of 3.5 billion yuan of public houses in Shaanxi province and Shanghai began in December, while Shandong province started work on three new railway lines the same month.

China is committing about 1.2 trillion yuan of central government funds to the plan, which means banks willingness to fund projects is crucial. So far they are responding.

martinl2 - 19 Feb 2009 10:24 - 144 of 189

Looking lively again. Not long to the news now.

Still Waiting - 19 Feb 2009 19:01 - 145 of 189

end of next week.

look for the larger trades to point the way..

kuzemko - 19 Feb 2009 20:34 - 146 of 189

so i understand we are waiting for scoping results and additional news???

Still Waiting - 25 Feb 2009 20:24 - 147 of 189

the two week delay is now coming to an end and still no sign of news!! just selling.

can the deposits really be worthless?

martinl2 - 25 Feb 2009 21:54 - 148 of 189

Not seen that much selling though Still Waiting. Just a lull in volume and market makers taking advantage of T traders getting caught out by the 2 weeks delay.

martinl2 - 26 Feb 2009 15:05 - 149 of 189

950k buy - 21.5k just gone through! Someone's confident..

pisces - 26 Feb 2009 15:49 - 150 of 189

Could be about to get exciting this one, news imminent?

Still Waiting - 26 Feb 2009 19:52 - 151 of 189

doesn't take much to push this skyward.

if it does do a deal and attracts market attention we'll be in for a big rerating.

Passin knows this too...

kuzemko - 28 Feb 2009 04:17 - 152 of 189

Scott Wilson provides services to the mining industry at all stages of project development from exploration and resource evaluation through scoping, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, financing, permitting, construction, operation, closure and rehabilitation. We advise exploration and mining companies, financial institutions, governments, law firms and individual investors on the technical and commercial aspects of mineral property development!!!!!!!

Still Waiting - 01 Mar 2009 10:28 - 153 of 189

With news next week we'll soon find out if there's enough in the ground to make future mining viable.

If not we may see Passin reverse some other venture into this, Mongolian assets seem much sought after at the minute.

martinl2 - 01 Mar 2009 12:00 - 154 of 189

With AGU recently getting an offtake agreement with a much lower resource than Maghreb, I can't see them concluding that Bon Jabeur isn't viable.

Still Waiting - 01 Mar 2009 16:33 - 155 of 189

would give a severe dent to the credibility of Passin as well.

gl to all holding.

Still Waiting - 04 Mar 2009 23:20 - 156 of 189

Commodities about to start a new bull run perhaps.

plenty talk of the worse being over now.

kuzemko - 05 Mar 2009 10:59 - 157 of 189

yes, still no news from MMS.this can be negative

kuzemko - 06 Mar 2009 16:45 - 158 of 189

next week will be moment of truth!

Still Waiting - 08 Mar 2009 15:22 - 159 of 189

yep, time for it to fly or die..

kuzemko - 12 Mar 2009 07:51 - 160 of 189

nor fly anytime soon nor it'll die. news, i think good and positive. could be rewarding holding

Still Waiting - 12 Mar 2009 08:33 - 161 of 189

in the hands of passin now, will he shaft existing holders!!!

kuzemko - 12 Mar 2009 21:23 - 162 of 189

why would he want to shaft existing holders???

kuzemko - 08 Apr 2009 09:01 - 163 of 189

Technical Analysis - Zinc - Breaks higher, looking good
BaseMetals.com - William Adams - Zinc punched up through resistance at $1360, thus breaking out of its long protracted base. The count from the broad base is $1682.Technical Analysis - Lead - Climbing again
BaseMetals.com - William Adams - Lead prices are attempting to push higher having put in a decent consolidation. The pull back held the support lines and the 30 dma.

kuzemko - 08 Apr 2009 09:09 - 165 of 189

that didnt come out well.
but if zinc and lead do rise to $1680 or hold around $1600 mms predicted cashflow would be around $47mln.

kuzemko - 15 Apr 2009 19:30 - 166 of 189

Zinc has pushed up through $1360 and seems set to extend gains. So far it has reached $1430 so is gradualling creeping towards our $1515.Lead put in a strong push higher last week and these gains were extended in early trading this morning to $1449.basemetals are moving higher should we see the same to mms price???

Still Waiting - 16 Apr 2009 20:29 - 167 of 189

late flurry of buying, with lead & zinc rising strongly are the mines now a goer???

kuzemko - 16 Apr 2009 21:25 - 168 of 189

china is hungry for the stuff ,india needs it.at this prices mms is turning economical

kuzemko - 27 Apr 2009 12:59 - 169 of 189

not seen this buying volume in mms for a while???

kuzemko - 08 May 2009 22:00 - 170 of 189

seem like no one writes here anymore.
shouldn't we see MMS price retreat back to "around 5p" with recent progress in Zn+Pb prices. and it looks like this could be longer-term trend.
according to MMS scoping study- with Zn at $1440 and Pb $1680 MMS pre-tax cash flow would be around $49.6 mln. current cash prices are zn $1589/pb $1481.
"we'll not miss the next commodity boom" words of CEO.
any thoughts???

martinl2 - 11 May 2009 12:43 - 171 of 189

I think so kuzemko. Bought another c.50k this morning.

Still Waiting - 15 May 2009 21:15 - 172 of 189

am expecting news from Passin on this next week.

options granted, commodity prices rising and volume building as well.

gl.

Still Waiting - 18 May 2009 20:16 - 173 of 189

starting to pick up a head of steam now, with buying in volume restricted.

kuzemko - 03 Jun 2009 21:07 - 174 of 189

what's going on here. lead up. zinc up all minerals up and mms still bottom????

kuzemko - 15 Jun 2009 12:38 - 175 of 189

repeating myself here for past few weeks. metals keep rising.zinc almost 1700, lead 1800.for MMS that is base plus 30%-40%.still no news on any progress, stock at bottom. I hope Passin and his management team are doing their best to ensure shareholders best interest and MMS.

Still Waiting - 07 Jul 2009 20:32 - 176 of 189

highest volumes for a long, long time today and with RC in Tunisia we may finally be about to get some news..if bad its GAME OVER, if good its a treble bagger.

kuzemko - 07 Jul 2009 22:19 - 177 of 189

i have a feeling its bad. firebird is up to no good, to screw shareholders over, just a feeling

kuzemko - 10 Aug 2009 19:20 - 178 of 189

what are they up to??? no news no updates. joke!!!

kuzemko - 10 Aug 2009 19:21 - 179 of 189

Still Waiting - 20 Aug 2009 19:26 - 180 of 189

at long last this starts to awake.

added a few more today just incase firebird pull it off...

gl. we deserve it.

marni - 27 Aug 2009 19:21 - 181 of 189

big movement today and high volume........anyone know about this share

Still Waiting - 27 Aug 2009 20:57 - 182 of 189

it's assets are now valued at 20p and with a deal coming up we are now getting noticed...

kuzemko - 27 Aug 2009 21:33 - 183 of 189

still waiting

what do you mean by-"deal coming up"???
yes it's nice to see that MMS is finally trading up with lead and zinc

Still Waiting - 28 Aug 2009 20:44 - 184 of 189

firebird & corporate activity to realise the value of its resource/assets.

20p+ in the ground now...

Still Waiting - 30 Aug 2009 23:16 - 185 of 189

with FT stating lead prices will continue to keep rising due to China cutting production capacity you can see why the MMS assets are valuable.

someone is stake building here, hence the 1m+ trades last week.

Don't be shaken into selling your shares cheaply, there's only 90m in issue and mm's will try hard to get them off you.

PXS style rise coming up here imho.

kuzemko - 09 Sep 2009 19:56 - 186 of 189

it would be nice to hear from directors!!!

kuzemko - 30 Sep 2009 19:59 - 187 of 189

this smells badly, i hope i'am wrong. firebird amending loans month after, month after month. why, why not convert into equity???? i think firebird is upto dirty tricks. put MMS into administration and de-list it than snap it for pennies in liquidation as senior debt. those this make sense??? any thoughts???

kuzemko - 16 Oct 2009 09:02 - 188 of 189

it,s not all that bad, i guess???
with metal prices rising and bit of capital injection into mms. can we see future???

kuzemko - 24 Jan 2010 19:12 - 189 of 189

what's going on here then???
anyone with any idea.zinc and lead higher and higher and mms lower????
