In the US tonight, the DJIA was off 39.1 points at 13,403.42, while the S&P500
lost 7.6 points at 1,476.65 and the Nasdaq Composite fell 20.52 points to 2,581.66.

In Asia today, the Hang Seng was recently down 157.23 points at 24,442.11,
while the Nikkei was off 264.91 points at 15,862.51.

New York's main oil futures contract, light sweet crude for October delivery, rose
46 cents to $81.03 a barrel.

Yes this is being worked on all prices are correct i.e. mid bid offer, but the percentage change and points change are not as you correctly say.
