Cantor Index has launched a market for stocks that have been suspended on the London Stock Exchange, allowing punters to hedge against a dramatic fall in value when things go unexpectedly wrong. Users will be able to bet on where the shares will close on their first full day of trading when they return to the market. If they do not return to market the share price will be taken as zero.
