In late US trade, the Dow was up 16.04 points at 12,617.23, while the S&P500
was 2.94 points better at 1,393.65 and the Nasdaq Composite ahead 11.64 points
at 2,459.91.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Hang Seng ended the morning down 123.27 points at 24,919.85,
while the Nikkei was recently 0.7% better at 14,072.41.

New York's main oil futures contract, light sweet crude for July delivery, rose 26
cents to $131.07 per barrel.

UBS, the Swiss bank buckling under SFr37bn (18bn) of credit crunch write-downs, has launched a SFr16bn cash call to shore up its battered balance sheet.

The oil price soared to a record for the third day in a row yesterday, reaching $135 a barrel, more than double the price a year ago. Reason - There is signs that the bottom was reached on this cycle, now is good point for re-entry. Share price has reached the parabolic SAR and want to bounce from there, Slow stochastic also at its low oversold and is allways the first to turn.

Hi guys is on the move up already, naturally it goes slow to start with so plenty of time to buy, but only 31K left at offer now

As soon as the AT took the 29.50p offer a delayed BUY trade was reported for 598K buy at 28.437p, yes 11:34am, this morning
