Stockwatch Problems.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 16 Jul 2003 12:57

Hello,

Are you are probably aware we are having Stockwatch problems.

All investigations are pointing to our data provider, who are as we speak trying to find out what is happening.

Im very sorry for the inconvience this is causing, and the situation is trying to be rectified as soon as possible.

When I have any news, I will let you know.

Jonathan.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 16 Jul 2003 13:09 - 2 of 38

Hello,

We are now getting a feed.

Our data provider is investigating exactly what happened and will be reporting back to us, along with details of what steps they are taking to ensure it doesnt happen again.

Jonathan.

CRI has been incorrectly showing for the past three days when their was no volume since Tue. This should never happen and it still persists showing daily as as the top faller.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 21 Jul 2003 08:05 - 4 of 38

STV,

I will get the tech boys to take a look at this - please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

My subscription level no longer affords me access to Stockwatch! What's changed please?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 22 Jul 2003 08:29 - 8 of 38

hkfooey,

All subscription levels offer stockwatch but some are contended and some are not - however all should be able to view for at least a limited time period. Please E mail me with the details of what you are experiencing.

Thanks

Ian

Greystone - 26 Apr 2005 07:51 - 32 of 38

If you need to access your Stockwatch urgently, the non-streaming service works. At least you can update lists, etc.,

Hope this helps...

wilbs - 26 Apr 2005 07:51 - 33 of 38

Me too
Ive just pulled out my hair and restarted my computer 3 times, thinking it was that.

markusantonius - 26 Apr 2005 08:04 - 34 of 38

Same problem for me - 8 mins. and still no access!! Also, during the past 3 weeks, I've been unable to access graphs and buy & sell trade volumes, as well. Any reasons for this, can anyone diagnose for me, please?

Fred1new - 04 Oct 2006 15:16 - 35 of 38

Just started a T-mobile card. Having dificulties with stock watch page. The page heading headings are loading but not the share data. All other pages seem OK.
Have logged in and out.
Just started using a T-mobile card with this computer. But so far other sites Ok.

Help

IanT(MoneyAM) - 04 Oct 2006 15:18 - 36 of 38

Fred,

Not sure what is causing this to be honest, but have spoken to Jonathan and he is almost certain that this will be to do with a proxy server at T mobile. Unfortunately, if that is the case there is little you can do to solve it.

Ian

Fred1new - 04 Oct 2006 15:33 - 37 of 38

B IT. Stockwatch is OK on V21.

It is a bit annoying. I will try T-mobile again later.

Thanks

Fred1new - 04 Oct 2006 20:17 - 38 of 38

I seem to have sorted it out. Seems if I use UmT or GPS it runs quite well. I checked with T-mobile who were very helpful, but suggested that is might be due to Fire wall and Virus blocker which kicks in as I load.

Anyway thanks, see what to-morrow brings.
