SPORTSAUTO - 02 Sep 2003 13:38 - 3 of 26

Tecteon plc, the AIM quoted company developing patented echo cancellation
software for the telecoms industry, announces that it has raised an additional
#500,000 in a placing of new shares at 5p to fund the final development phase.

Tecteon has made application for admission of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of
5p each in the Company to trading on AIM and dealings in the new ordinary shares
are expected to commence on 4 September 2003.

Masoud Alikhani, Chairman of Tecteon commented:

"This funding will enable Tecteon to finalise development of the product range
and to extend the marketing programme. More importantly our ability to raise
new capital at a premium to the current market price shows the confidence that
the investors have in the product. Product marketing to date has gone well and
we are in discussion with a number of interested parties and are optimistic that
initial orders will be received in the near future."

safman1 - 05 Sep 2003 17:09 - 4 of 26

not many companies raise capital at a premium to market rate.. must have confidence... and if the technology works .. we could be in for a nice long ride

tiku - 05 Nov 2003 10:17 - 5 of 26

Initial contract yesterday worth $40000 when annual turnover last year was 184000 so in comparison quite big - and this is only the initial stage - imagine the full contract!!!!!

M5artin - 10 Dec 2003 16:30 - 6 of 26

News out today is good

LONDON (AFX) - Tecteon PLC, the software developer for the voice quality and
telecommunications markets, said it has been awarded a contract by DSPG Ltd, a
well established UK based telecommunications company, to provide two
echo-cancellation products.
The products will be integrated in a test-bed providing Voice Quality for a
leading international satellite service provider, Inmarsat Ltd.
Tecteon MD Masoud Ahmadi said that the solution provided in the contract has
been required by the satellite communication market for some time, so following
the test period the group expects to receive further orders.
"We are continuing to make progress, we have completed the product
development, marketing is underway and we are optimistic that we will receive
our first significant order in the first quarter of 2004."

xfactor,

I'm sure it will, patience in investing normally pays off, as long as your original research was good enough, and I took and do take and age before committing..

be lucky.

Hi Tiku, Tony
can you help me a little more about the dispute on the Clement Clark Communication negotiation? I am of the school of thinking, that you agree a contract with a partner before something is produced, including milestones and payments related to the success of the product.
why is there still some negotiation going on?
also the company claims to have fab technology in voice reduction, but others have not been as kind in the critic on the product, claiming to be also reducing voice, not just noise. there is still the comfort factor to be sorted out.
does any of you have more information?

thanks

Not sue about the finer details of the dispute, but clement clark have not payed the money to Teo yet. Teo very short of money so I would advise against investing any more money until An RNS gives more deatils. As more time goes by administration for Teo is possible ?//

xfactor - 03 May 2007 06:53 - 22 of 26

Anyone any idea when we might get an update - its rather depressing to see one's investment go down year on year - starting to get bored after more than 3 years. It seems nothing of what we were promised has come to fruition, or am I being too hard on them

FT - 22 May 2007 22:09 - 23 of 26

so with changes in Management are the guys in the know leaving the sinking ship?
is there any update on the qstik situation? does not look as if it is going to well, otherwise some dealers would have bought into the stock.
would love to hear anyone's view on this.
thanks

FT - 09 Jun 2007 14:07 - 24 of 26

Still had no reply from the company, nothing... Not good.

What the Hell happened there?

grooverjr22 - 12 Nov 2007 03:53 - 26 of 26

Maybe a small lifeline, I have sat on this for ages,
New direction, well, need to know more about the mines, management and the JV company.
Seems a decent sized deal, will just have to watch this space. The managment has had some experience in metals with Dominion Energy before I think so I shall give them the benefit of doubt until circular comes out. Would welcome any input if anyone is interested or aren't too busy with their other portfolios.Thank you
