Noticed TWN over the last couple of days ??
Up 100% on BB speculation on another website.
Check out ZYZ - minimal market cap - similar prospects to TWN - moves on small trades.
As always DYOR - but IMHO it could be interesting.....

Zyzygy: Two interesting IPO's approaching for the investment group
Duncan Lipscombe, Chairman of Zyzygy Plc, has the enviable position of chairing a company which probably takes the crown for the most unusual name for a listed entity.
He inherited the name though, so spare a moment for him when he explains to us, (no doubt for the millionth time) what on earth Zyzygy means. It turns out that Zyzygy doesn't actually mean anything, but instead is a play on letters that ensures the company is the bottom of the list for EPIC codes: ZYZ. You can't get any lower.

Clarification about the significance of July 2006,
for Marinetrack and hence ZYZ is to be found on a slightly obscure
part of the Swiss Billam AG website:
Quote:
UPDATE- 14/02/06
SSAS The Final countdown.
A Feature Article in Solutions (issue number 113)February 2006 states:
" Members of ship security alert systems are gearing themselves up for a rush of orders as the Deadline for fitting them (SSASs) to older ships approaches.
From July 1, every ship over 500gt not already fitted with an SSAS will need to install one at or before its next safety radio equiptment survey takes place. Since the requirement to install SSASs came into force on 1st July 2004, all ships built after that date, as well as all passenger ships and all tankers, chemical tankers, gas carrier, bulkers and high speed cargo vessel above 500gt have already passed their mandatory installation deadline. This year's deadline applies to all other cargo ships of 500gt and upwards and mobile offshore drilling units constructed before 1 July 2004.
Effectively, this means that in the twelve months after 1 July this year, more SSASs will be needed than in the two years leading up to the final deadline.
A spokesperson for MarineTrack has promised to provide an exclusive update for this website within the next few weeks!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marinetrack along with Nicetech, another ZYZ investee,
has been mentioned as possible flotation candidates
for 2006.

Zyzygy PLC
22 December 2006
Zyzygy plc
Results for the year ended 30th June 2006
Zyzygy plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce its audited preliminary
results for the year ended 30 June 2006.
Chairman's Statement
It gives me pleasure to announce a profit before for the financial year ending
30 June 2006 of #1,058,000 before tax. During the period we were able to pay our
first ever dividend, on the basis of the interim results for the six months
ended 31 December 2005.
During the year, in November 2005 we saw the AIM floatation of one of our
investee companies Angel Biotechnology Holdings plc. It was our intention to
bring both of our two current major investments, NiceTech Limited ("NiceTech"),
the Cambridge based software company and MarineTrack Limited ("Marine Track") to
the market in the calendar year ending December 2006. Although we have continued
to work towards this end, we now expect that both companies will come to market
in the first half of 2007. We have continued and are continuing to support the
development of their businesses, and during the year we were able to increase
our holding in both companies to reflect our ongoing support.
NiceTech has continued to develop its unique Alice Server AR software. In July
we announced that we had increased our shareholding from 32 per cent. to 41 per
cent.. Since the end of our financial year we are pleased to announce that Nice
Tech have now secured their first major contract with an internationally
renowned media corporation, as well as having produced their first on-line
computer game which will soon be available for sale to the public.
MarineTrack has seen the appointment of a new Chairman Doug Littlejohns and the
promotion to CEO of Stuart Nicholls, previously Sales Consultant. Since the
changes to their board and thanks to our continuing support, Marine Track has
made significant impact within it's chosen market place, with contracts
established with several major shipping companies. In February 2006 we were able
to increase our holding in the company from 57.5% to 69.94% .
It is the Company's strategy to hold minority stakes in businesses and to exit
successfully from those investments. Recent changes in the interpretation of
accounting rules which would have required a majority investment in a company to
be consolidated in our accounts have led to a decision to dispose of
approximately 20.1 % of MarineTrack earlier than anticipated. I am pleased
however that we have been able to sell that stake to a substantial Zyzygy
shareholder, Billam AG at the current valuation in the Zyzygy balance sheet and
on terms satisfactory to the board.
We remain confident in the foundations that have been laid in both NiceTech and
MarineTrack and remain confident that our investment strategy for the Company
has the capability to continue to deliver growth and success for its
shareholders.

Seems like now people have digested the news and realised the true value this will be bought up. Some serious talk regarding the stock having been shorted which may account for the matched sells to buys over the last few months. If that is the case then we could see a significant rise if/when the shorter closes.

maxtor it has been a rough ride for holders but I am sure when the full value of nicetech and Marinetrack are realised this will go higher.
It was interesting to see that when the price started to rise the buying limit was cut to 150K.The last few weeks it was 2M so maybe this is the turning point.
