Embargoed: 0700hrs 16 September 2003
Incite Holdings Plc
('Incite' or the 'Company')
Appointment of England Rugby International Lawrence Dallaglio
Mobile media specialists Incite Holdings are pleased to announce that, following
their successful debut on the Alternative Investment Market on Friday,
international rugby star Lawrence Dallaglio has agreed to join the Company as
Market Development Director for Sport.
Lawrence has reached international prominence as a world class rugby player
representing Wasps, England and The British Lions. He is a former England
Captain, has captained Wasps since 1996 and has undertaken extensive media
activities.
Incite is a media company established to create a new market niche for mobile
services tailored to the requirements of individual niche communities.
Working in conjunction with the UK's leading Mobile Network Operators and Media
Groups, Incite has created a new market niche that will assist mobile operators
to sell non-voice services offsetting the decline in voice margins.
A large emphasis of Incite's business is placed on sporting communities and
brands, having recently launched their services with Premiership football club
Tottenham Hotspur. It is with this emphasis that the Board believes Lawrence can
contribute greatly to the success of the business.
Managing Director, Simon Hellier, commented,
'I have believed for some time that we have one of the most significant and
innovative opportunities in the media sector. Our ongoing challenge is to ensure
that this is correctly positioned in individual market segments that we are
targeting. Consequently I am pleased that Lawrence too has recognised this
opportunity by agreeing to join the Company. Lawrence's ability as a world class
sportsman is exceptional but it is his latent commercial ability in the sports
sector that made Lawrence pro-actively seek a role in the Company.
The Board were convinced of his capabilities and look forward to introducing
Lawrence to the City in his new capacity in due course.'
Lawrence Dallaglio, Market Development Director for Sport, said,
'I am very pleased to be taking an active role with Incite. I was immediately
impressed by the business and determined to play a genuine role in the
development of the Company.'

A bit more info on this company because at the moment its in short supply,
Incite to call AIM
Mobile media group Incite Holdings plans to offer football fans the latest information on their team as they sit in the stands waiting for a match to start.
Soon to join AIM, Incite already has an exclusive contract with Tottenham Hotspur to provide live data, and is set to announce other contracts with Premiership clubs as early as September.
Managing director Simon Hellier says the beauty of launching Incite’s (((on))) product with football clubs is that a community already exists around them. ‘More than 5500 fans signed up in the first three-and-a-half weeks,’ says Hellier of the Spurs service, ‘each being charged 7.50 a month.’
Fans are charged a one-off monthly rate rather than an ad-hoc per-message charge, with most messages being voice mail, as recently when Jamie Redknapp was appointed club captain. ‘Jamie recorded a message himself telling fans what an honour it was to represent the club,’ says Hellier, which he uses as an example of the support for the service within the club.
Incite offers perishable content to existing branded communities through mobile phones, building revenue through charging for the content, as well as selling phones and air-time contracts where required.
Hellier stresses that the Premier League is merely the start, and that the company is planning launches for other brands, ranging from other sports to lifestyle markets and celebrities. ‘A branded community is measured in tens of thousands, and what Incite does is provide niche, highly tailored services, services people will want to pay for,’ he explains.
Much of the investment has already come from Hellier and his co-directors, and the cost of adding new communities is fairly marginal.
‘We can see a clear path of profitability,’ says Hellier, ‘and we’re already generating revenues ahead of plan.’
Incite is due to join AIM on 9 September with a market capitalisation of 7.3 million. It will raise 1.5 million to fund growth for at least the next 12 months. ENDS.
AND
Mobile media firm banks on footballers' voicemails
Lorraine Cushnie
Tuesday August 19, 2003
The Guardian
Incite Holdings, which yesterday announced plans for a flotation, hopes that voicemails from football stars such as the recent Spurs signing, Bobby Zamora, will entice fans to subscribe to its new (((on!))) service.
The mobile media specialist provides information on football team selections and tactics as well as messages from players and coaches. Tottenham Hotspur fans subscribing to the Incite service received a message from Zamora only minutes after he had signed up to the club.
Incite hopes to raise 2m from its listing on the Alternative Investment Market on September 9. It will be valued at about 7.3m.
Simon Hellier, the managing director of Incite, said the money would be used to help in "penetrating key markets".
The company provides the (((on!))) service for four football clubs, including Leeds United and West Ham, and says it has others in the pipeline. It is also planning to introduce lifestyle brands.
Incite has signed up more than 5,000 subscribers and is aiming for a total of 1.6m across 50 brands by 2006.

Jaz, soory mate, not my cup of tea that company.
Anyway taken from the AMR weekly news letter.
NEWCOMER OF THE WEEK
Incite Holdings
Incite came to AIM in September 2003 when 21% of its enlarged capital commanded 1.5 million at a price of 25p. The lucky recipients were able, well before the end of the month, to contemplate a 100% capital gain – on paper at any rate.
Perhaps they deserve their luck. Perhaps the fact that the prospectus recorded that “…the Group has developed the Incite MSP, a scaleable mobile services platform based on proven technology (2G and GPRS) which will provide the Group with all the day-to-day operations required to support Mobile Services for multiple Virtual Operators with multiple content sources, operating on potentially multiple mobile operator Mobile Networks” set their investment antenna aquiver. Perhaps they have plenty of free capital left over from their previous investments in companies using technology and commercial nous to exploit interstices in new markets. Perhaps they are the same people that made a bomb investing in football clubs.
Bluntly put, Orange (for example), to whom Incite is affiliated, will pay for a new customer being delivered to them. So encouraged, Incite (which has the trade mark (((on!)))™ ) seeks Virtual Mobile Operators (Brand Organisations) which will of course provide the customers and specialised content; the ability to provide the service to be derived from the Mobile Network Operator (Orange?), and the specialised, bespoke services to be the province of Incite – for which the latter will of course generate its primary income source. The Brand Organisation will include its ability to provide Mobile Services as part of its marketing activities; Incite will develop a website for the organisation in question; and will man a call centre which will commence the sales order process to deliver potential customers alerted by Brand Organisations.
At this point it will not come as a stunning surprise to all that the cultural manifestation which is the prime target of the Incite team is no less than our very own Premier League. And the all-important reference site has been provided by the first client, “spurs(((on!)))”. Yes, Incite, which has no form of its own (a 150,000 accumulated loss) has linked with Tottenham Hotspur.
As the 2003/2004 football season got under way, Tottenham Hotspur proved to have but little form either, and well before the end of the same September that saw the Incite debut, had parted company with its manager. Perhaps the Incite shareholders will fare better.

Incite Holdings PLC
26 September 2003
Embargoed: 0700hrs 26 September 2003
INCITE HOLDINGS PLC
('Incite' or the 'Group')
Incite Signs further mobile media agreements with Leeds United and West Ham
United
Mobile media specialist, Incite Holdings Plc, has today announced that it has
made agreements with Premiership football club Leeds United and First Division
West Ham to provide exclusive information and services to the fans of each Club.
Incite, which listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange, on 12 September 2003, will offer never-before available services to
fans of these clubs direct to their mobile phones using image, text, voice and
later on video and interactive services moving way beyond the current services
typically offered to date.
Incite recently launched its services with premiership football club Tottenham
Hotspur and have enjoyed a tremendous reception with over 7,500
pre-registrations in a matter of weeks for the 7.50 per month package. The
Group has developed a number of high-profile partnerships including Orange and
BskyB. Orange is providing Incite with the necessary telecommunications
infrastructure and use of their powerful Orange brand. Incite and BSkyB have
worked together to extend unique content management systems capability into the
mobile channel.
Simon Hellier, Managing Director, commented,
'I am extremely pleased to extend (((on!))) football services to include Leeds
United and West Ham. In common with Spurs, both clubs have outstanding
supporters and Incite intends to deliver genuine value to subscribers by
providing them with their own services that each club community demands - as it
happens.
Supporters deserve to be part of the club in hearing the latest news first. The
team sheet, comments direct from the dressing room at half time and the
manager's thoughts in those 10 minutes before the big game. With leeds(((on!)))
and hammers(((on!))) we can deliver this and so much more.'
These additional announcements in football continue the development of (((on!)))
which is creating a new niche market in mobile services.

Now then now then, some of the Big News promised. BUT THERES MORE TO COME.
Here is the article in today's Guardian as promised:
“INCITE INSIGHT
As any market professional will tell you, decent investment ideas are hard to come by in the Square Mile at the moment. All of which explains why The Blue Horseshoe, this column's tipster, has been quiet in the past couple of months.
However, after an extensive trawl around the City's drinking establishments the Horseshoe has stumbled across a very exciting stock - Incite Holdings.
Through its (((on!)) service the company develops virtual mobile phone networks for organisations (and soon celebrities) with identifiable brands. Spurs, West Ham and Leeds United are already customers.
Although Incite shares have trebled since they came to market at 25p last month, the Horseshoe believes they have much further to go. Next week the company is expected to announce a deal that will see the (((on!)) service offered at all orange UK retail outlets.
Incite, which boasts England rugby star Lawrence Dellaglio as a director, closed 7p higher at 75.5 yesterday."
ENDS.

Incite Holdings PLC
08 October 2003
Embargoed Release: 07:00hrs 8th October 2003
Incite Holdings Plc
('Incite' or the 'Company')
Incite announces distribution agreement with Orange Retail for (((on!)))
products
Mobile media specialists Incite Holdings are pleased to announce that, following
their successful recent debut on the Alternative Investment Market, Orange have
agreed to distribute the (((on!))) range of products, owned by the Company, via
its national retail network allowing Incite to reach high streets across the
country in over 220 stores.
Incite is a media company that has established a new market niche for mobile
services tailored to the requirements of individual niche communities in the
sport and lifestyle sectors. As part of a two year development cycle (((on!)))
services were launched on schedule in the football segment at Tottenham Hotspur
and is being rolled out to additional football clubs including West Ham and
Leeds in the coming weeks.
The agreement with Orange Retail will put Incite's (((on!))) products in reach
of Orange UK's 13 million customers. The retail agreement will be launched to
coincide with Incite's inaugural services in the rugby union segment focusing
initially on the Rugby World Cup. This will feature ground-breaking services
dallaglio(((on!))) and greenwood(((on!))) giving England rugby union supporters
a unique perspective on being a member of the England squad. These services will
be extended to cover the Zurich Premiership, Powergen Cup, Heineken European
Cup, and the RBS Six Nations Championship.
Incite has created a new market niche that will assist mobile operators to sell
non-voice services as well as adding further unique and valuable services to
attract and retain subscribers. Whilst (((on!))) services can be received by
subscribers of any network, the most advanced features are best received by
Orange customers as a direct result of developments between Incite, Orange and
the brand communities concerned.
Incite's Managing Director, Simon Hellier, commented,
'Incite's presence in the high street is the most significant marketing and
sales opportunity to date for the Company and will give (((on!))) high
visibility. We are delighted to be working with Orange Retail to extend the
availability of an expanding portfolio of (((on!))) niche services to
subscribers complimenting Orange UK's existing Access services.
Our simple vision of subscribers receiving valued information in a trusted and
non-intrusive manner on the topics that matter to them is proving successful and
we are very encouraged by the results to date.'

A friend drew my attention to this company a few weeks ag.
As I am a newcomer to all this, I wondered if anyone had any views as to whether this would be a good time to buy Incite shares.
LINZIMASON
- 09 Oct 2003 13:17

Kavalox - a lot of people have got cold feet today, saying all the newss to date is already reflected in the price. However, I am still holding and notice a couple of decent buys have come back in today. I do firmly believe fans will sign up for this service and we will have more press on Incite very shortly (Rugby Rugby Rugby). The share is still in it's infancy and if you look at things on paper, really not a lot to substantiate things. However, mobiles, plus fans, plus Orange, plus Rugby World Cup and the enthusiasm of a new thing, I expect these to rise again (or I would have bailed out 10p ago). There IS sentiment to shares, but nothing like the sentiment of the sports fans out there and good sales figures will self-generate more news. I am sure there will be many posts disagreeing with my views. I have not been long at "this game" but try to keep myself as informed as possible. The price today could be a buying opportunity. I am still kicking myself for not buying YOO after a tip the day before we saw a 167% rise. I bought in late and am now nursing a loss on this one. Incite have given me 50% profit so far (even at today's price). I want a bit more. And by God I will get it.
As always - do your own research and only use money you can afford to lose, although I doubt you would ever lose it all!

Linzimason - Thanks for the feedback.
Whilst I agree with you about the rugby fans & mobile phone users.
I only have 2 thousand to speculate with, would it be feasible to spend say 2 or 3 hundred on this one?
richstuch
- 09 Oct 2003 15:24
- 67 of 131
KAVALOX - 2 or 3 hundred. The spread on this one is around 4%. When you factor in dealing costs and the stamp duty, you would need a fair increase in the price just to break even. I reckon maybe as much as 15% depending on your broker charges.
I agree with Linzi that this stock has great potential (I hold about 7000). It would depend on how quickly you want to see a return on your investment. We have seen 40% in the last 2 or 3 weeks but I don't forsee that much of an increase in the immediate future. That said, the price has dropped by more than the spread today (EXTREMELY low volumes too). We may see it jump back up again in a couple of days and then you would only be looking to cover your dealing charges before you would be in profit.
Just my thoughts - Good Luck

Yeah - saw those too Vintage. For Kavalox, I use a spreadsheet ready reckoner that calculates how much I have/want to spend, weighted against offer price plus commission, plus government and also commission to sell again, to work out my break even. It gives me how many shares I can actually buy; I automatically know how much, say 1p increase, will bring me (e.g. 1 p per 1,000 shares = 10). Also has hyperlinks to fetch RNS and charts etc. Basically, the higher the purchase price, the more the share will need to rise to cover the intial entry and exit charges. With this amount, unless you get a lucky penny break or really know your onions, I would tend to play safe, go for the FTSE100 and consider it money in the bank in return for dividends as opposed to interest (my fav being Lloyds on a bad day below 4.10), and build on it as and permitting. However, do you play the lottery?

Keep looking out for the news its coming. Loads of it.
JCR, well its taken a real beating up and I can point a finger at one person who has helped that on various boards. He has been warned off. Just bear this in mind, when interest rates start rising and they will later this year, just watch consumers stick with the old bangers. That means far greater trade coming JCRs way. Also if we have a bad winter, and one is forecast, more will be going through the doors of JCRs garages, that and the increased tie up with insurers.
Technicaly they are also at a key support line. I expect them to rise again.

For Immediate Release 30 January 2004
Incite Holdings Plc ('the Company')
Statement re Suspension in Share Trading
The Board of Incite Holdings Plc, the mobile media specialists in the sports and

to the acquisition of substantial mobile media assets. The Company is also
undertaking a fundraising in connection with this acquisition and also the
continued expansion of the business and its working capital requirements. In the
light of these developments the Company considers it would be inappropriate to
release its preliminary results as required by the AIM rules by the end of
January until full details are available but they will be released as soon as
practicable.
Accordingly, the Company has requested AIM to suspend trading in its Ordinary
Shares of 1p each on AIM until the Company is in a position to publish further

Graeme...at least we are in a better position following the announcement....until then the price was falling through the floor ( down 40% in 3 days) and we didnt have a clue. The statement from the company doesnt let on much but maybe our Goldfinger knows something as he seems to have ears close to ground. I am being positive now whereas midday Friday I thought the worst with the share in free fall. They havent made it clear whether they are making an acquisition bid, or a bid maybe in for them. The fund raising suggests that they will be bidding which at least must mean business plans are fairly good. Obviously there has been some insider dealing as the share volume traded on Friday was far greater than a normal day, and strangely nearly all of them were buys...another good sign....My guess is that MM's knew there was a suspension on the way...marked down the shares...and then others who knew more were coming in to buy cheap... All in all, my view is that I lost a few hundred quid, but the positive signs mean when returing I will recover a large part of that almost immediately.GOLDFINGER WHERE ARE YOU..cheers...buckets

Stock Exchange blow for Incite
Robert Lea, Evening Standard
10 September 2004
MOBILE phones company Incite Holdings, where rugby star-Lawrence Dallaglio is a director, has been censured by the Stock Exchange for misleading investors.
The chequered career of Incite, which has not yet completed a year on the stock market, took another turn for the worse today after it was rapped for breaching the relatively relaxed listing rules of junior stock exchange the Alternative Investment Market.
The company, for whom former England rugby captain Dallaglio is a market development director, was slammed for failing to disclose information to the market in the four months after it floated to the end of January when its shares were suspended.
A Stock Exchange statement said: 'Enquiries by the Exchange established that in the period from the company's admission to its suspension, the lack of revenue generated by the company and lack of working capital amounted to a change in its financial position, a change in the performance of its business and a change in its expectation of its performance, which if made public would be likely to have led to a substantial movement in the [share] price.'
Incite provides information to Spurs and West Ham supporters via their mobile phones. Failure to sign up further deals led to the financial crisis and the company has yet to produce its maiden results.
It also awaits the outcome of a second Stock Exchange probe surrounding share dealing in Incite by Richard Griffiths, chairman of City stockbroker Evolution Beeson Gregory.
With Incite's shares soaring as high as 75p, Griffiths dumped his 8% stake within a month of the 25p float, bagging a 1.3m profit. News of the sale was not reported until three months later, another breach of stock market rules.
Doggy tale that launched City career
THE ascent of Richard Griffiths to become chairman of Evolution Beeson Gregory, one of the City's more dynamic investment banks, at the age of 37, is a colourful yarn in a business full of tall stories.
Griffiths formed the business via deals culminating in the 2002 takeover of stockbroker Beeson Gregory in 2002, with old chum Alex Snow, a former Harlequins and England B rugby international.
He had already made a fortune in the bull market* of the 1990s buying and selling shares but got out before the tech bubble collapse.
But his beginnings were humbler. A Welshman, he was brought up on his father's rented sheep farm in Powys, on which he worked after leaving school at 16.
After a spell in land dealing, Griffiths decided to go into stockbroking after meeting a greyhound trainer who told him his owners were stockbrokers and were so wealthy they were able to bet 10,000 on the dogs.

Nematode, yes still in BPRG with three tranches up over 130p. Sounds like it could be good news but before I start buying into BPRG I want the volatility to settle and also Hind to start reacting like a responsible manager and get the PR dept sorted out once and for all.
cheers GF.

Guys...a couple of question from someone who has never been the victim of 'gangsters' before
what is BPRG and what is the relevance?
do us innocent guys have any comeback on anyone....eg...we accept shares can always go down as well as up...however in this case we have been ripped off and it is tantamount to fraud?
any views on this

PB, BPRG as no relevance, namatode just saw that I was posting on this thread.
As for come back on the management who run this company I agree its a sham what they did and not only did private investors get shafted and conned but also quite a few tip sheets and financial advisers and papers were made to look mugs.
I have to say though it as happened in the past and no doubt it will happen in the future.
The FSA the controlling body are just not interested in the small retail investor like you and myself.
Im sorry I dont have the answer but like you I have felt really angry on a few occasions when these companys get away with murder.
cheers GF.

Yep I agree , now maybe you can understand why I am less than enthusiastic about any company with Chris K. on the board after the stunts he has pulled with QTR and its parent company.

I see in FINANCIAL MAIL on Sunday, the villain who is behind the dodgy dealings that have caused the suspension of Incite is featured today and he operates from a Pub in Brecon Beacons.Suggest a few of the boys pop around there as the non disclosure of his shares followed by selling at nice juicy profit is still under investigation.
Apparently only the 3rd time in history of the Stock Market that a company has been severely censored for this activity. Its worth a read before deciding if its a knee cap job
