Just my personal theory but Ukbetting have recently said they are in talks with another party re: an acquistion. Betinternets price has been very low recently, but the compnay has turnover of 60m....today betinternet is up 50%.....coincidence maybe? Possible sunday press i wonder....

this sector has been on the up lately, if nothing happens re a possible t/over then i think it'll settle back. could be interesting next week otherwise expect profit takers.

What on earth are you talking about iamole? This sector has been doing really badly for the last couple of quarters!!

I tend to agree with molatovkid that it may be due to a speculative talk of a possible t/o.

Im still in and got in this morning making 20% today. I have jumped in and out of GMC and this could do the same. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

On Digitallook,the moving averages don't show after Dec.2004.What does this mean?It has just reached a year high.Up 21%.Target 14p?Internet gambling businesses are all the rage .

blimmey this one is shifting well, looks like GMC did last week, what are peoples projections on this one....

Haven't got a clue but gone in and just a punt hoping that betting is flavour of the week - what logic - at least I am in profit and tomorrow is my birthday so hope to make a quickie.

Looking good for a bounce upwards.

Was reading the last results, and it seems that the co is about to turn round the corner. I got in high so I just holding on for now. It is a long term growth play.

Any one got any info regarding what these are up too these days, I got into these a while ago without too much research really and although i am looking at a small lose at the moment i am thinking of getting my money out, anyone got any opinions?

A stunning trading update from global online gaming group Betinternet.com gave its shares a 3.125p boost to 12.25p. The company said that in its last full trading week, it achieved turnover in excess of 3 million pounds. Betinternet said that turnover had been generated through its sportsbook, live dealer casino, and its pari-mutuel (pooled betting) business, European Wagering Services. Meanwhile, the group also said it was on target to launch a new version of its website prior to next month's football World Cup.
