ENTERPRISE ACT 2002 - PRIOR NOTICE OF MERGERS

The OFT gives notice under Section 99(1) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (the Act)
that a Merger Notice has been given under Section 96 of the Act in respect of
proposed arrangements for:

Anticipated acquisition by Northgate Information Solutions plc of Service and
Systems Solutions Limited

The period for considering this Notice will expire on 28 April 2005 unless
extended by the OFT under Section 97(2) of the Act.

Stopped just shy of 70p. It would be great if this barrier can be broken before the weekend.

I am sure we in are the next upwards phase now,the m/m's seem to be dropping the bid to get sells in at the lower price of 69p ish, to cover yesterdays buys.They would be out of pocket if they kept paying much over the 70p to get a stash in.any ones thoughts on this..IMHO

It's been nudging up nicely for a few days now. Hoping for more tomorrow...

Have been in this for a while now & theres been steady growth over the last year having risen by almost 40% over that time from 55p to almost 80p. Nice!

Yet to break the 80p barrier yet though g64946. If it does the sky could be the limit...

Big pre trading jump this morning - touching 90p - any ideas?

Great set of interims today but, as usual with this market, the shares are currently down on the day. However, broke through 90p yesterday and much more to come I feel in the next few months.
