Quite a fascinating sector at the moment and now the dust has begun to settle, I am interested enough to have a small punt on L&G. I particularly like the strong growth demonstrated by Leisure & Gaming in spite of the devastating US Bill. Obviously the company have a proven business model with Betshop and I have little doubt it will work in the rest of Europe when those countries are forced to abandon their own national gambling monopolies:

From L&G Results

"Equally, the European Court of Justice's ruling on 6 March 2007 in the Placanica
case provides even greater and more immediate pressure on those countries
currently protecting their own national gambling monopolies and preventing
competition. While the timetable is uncertain, we see a regulated and open
European gambling market as inevitable and are encouraged by signs that the path
to its conclusion is gathering pace."

Tiddler share price tends to rely upon news flow to a certain degree and as L&G diversify and expand I expect regular updates between the usual trading statements, results and statutory announcments to stimulate demand.

Of course there is always the possibilty of the company being subject to a take-over bid as the sector inevitably consolidates.

there seems to be a lot of activity at the moment on this stock. I am tempted to buy into this one and have a punt. I have been watching this stock over the last few days. Could have bought this morn at 21.5p then the stock went up to .235 to buy then at close it has dropped back. I may buy 20,000 tomorrow. Let see what tomorrow brings. could be tempted tomorrow. good look all.
