Bluewater Bio, is a holding company involved in the design and marketing of an advanced biological solution to the treatment of wastewater, called HYBACS.

The company has aquired, Bluewater Bio Ltd, Global water Institute Korea Ltd, Global water Institute Ltd and Javal Ltd, for a combined consideration of 18.55 million.

Bluewater Bio said its UK unit has signed a letter of intent with Severn Trent Water Ltd. to conduct wastewater treatment study. The company said it expects the pilot plant evaluation study of Bluewater Bio's HYBACS solution, which is currently under construction, to be delivered to the site within 6 to 8 weeks, after which the biological commissioning of the plant will start.
