There is a problem with our RNS news source today - no
news is currently being received.
I've just spoken to our news data vendor - the problem is at their
end and they're looking into it.
Apologies to all affected - will post here when there is more information.

RNS should now be coming back on line - may take a few minutes to catch back up.
Our suplliers had suffered a hard disc failure, but their engineers have now resolved this.

I experience, almost on a daily basis, an inability to read some of the RNS News on MoneyAM.
Then, I click again on the RNS summary link, and 'voila', I can get it. Sometimes I can. Sometimes I can't. But this time, I'm telling you about it.
So now you know. :-)
I'd like to know what the problem is and if you are aware of it?

Docproc,
Can you tell me what you see when you can't access the RNS news?

Docproc,
Very strange - I cannot reproduce it here, but I will pass this onto JT to take a look and see if he can offer any advice on it - he is back in the office tomorrow, so we will let you know.

Had another hiccup with the news again this am. All seems OK now though.
Have you tried the judo site? This is part of the latest Virgin Mobile marketing programme. They seem to know what they are doing, too:-

We seem to have had a limited number of RNS news items come through this morning - this also seems to be affecting other providers - I have reported it to our supplier and they are checking to see whether there is a problem.
I will keep you updated.
