insider trader,how are ya? those were the days. it was like taking candy from a baby. all they could do was abuse us while watching their holdings disolve before their very eyes. you just couldn't go wrong with twt,egs,moni,blm,ctm on a short! falling in love with a dog share wiped them all out.
where's boxer and scratch?
with the war looming,shorting season is gonna kick off big time again,taking out the ones that were overlooked last time.
thus is screaming short to 4p!

Had a shock when I clicked the "Research" button on this company. The address is "Griffin House", and my immediate reaction was "are they sharing offices with Griffin Mining?".
No, just a coincidence of names. Griffin Mining's office address is different.

Still no change
Analysts at HSBC upgrade Thus Group Plc (THZ1) from "add" to "buy." The target price has been raised from 38p to 42p.
In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has recently reported revenue growth of 10%, along with a 13% increase in profit margins. The analysts expect an improvement in the companys cash flow. Thus Group Plc is also likely to achieve its breakeven target in H2 2004-2005, HSBC says.

Thus cuts its losses
Thus will later this month sell its contact centre business, reflecting the tough market operators are facing as a result of companies outsourcing their contact centre business to low-cost countries like India.
Thus is selling its loss making contact centre business to market specialist Response Handling for 1.75m, allowing it to concentrate on core operations such as broadband provision to businesses.
The Thus contact centres provide outsourced inbound and outbound calling capability to a wide variety of major companies based in the UK, and Response Handling will now pick up these contracts.
The Thus contact centres employ 1,000 people and transfer details are yet to be finalised with staff.
Turnover for the contact centres was just 21.7m for the year ending
31 March 2004, compared to 24.6m the previous year. The division made a loss before tax of 1m last financial year.
William Allan, Thus chief executive, says, This disposal will sharpen our focus on our key growth areas of data services, and it protects the best interests of our customers, ensuring business continuity and quality of service.
