TFC - Whats the buzz, tell me whatsa happinin' whats the buzz... (TFC)

daviesnc - 09 Jan 2004 09:52

TFC seem to be rocketing up the charts - I know they have sound finances and a well-regarded product, but why now ?

(I bought @ at 22p and sold after Saddam got busted @ 74p). I am wondering if I did the right thing (bought into AFE and AFG with some of the proceeds).

More good news to come. This morning was a pretty good one.

Samon, you'll have to order from Ian Catling Consultancy for the report. All I have to say is all electronics are pretty reliable nowadays. Can't see how ITIS can make a big fuss out of reliability... I would be more concern with accuracy of the systems.

More good news again today. Most car producers now offer SMART-NAV.Does anyone know what the take-up has been like?My guess is pretty good & the results will show this. The price should take off again.Im holdig out for at 1.60 but if they get that high who knows. p.s. not worried about ITIS,smells of sour grape to me.

Looks excellent!!!

LONDON (AFX) - Trafficmaster PLC said that from Monday March 8 customers of MINIs and BMW 3 series cars will be able to purchase the company's intelligent navigation system, Smartnav, as an approved accessory.

The new contract with BMW Great Britain, manufacturers of both the MINI and BMW, will enable drivers to have Smartnav installed on their vehicles from 150 approved MINI dealerships and 156 BMW dealerships in the UK.

This industry will go through several phases of consolidation and it seems that TFC is right on top! More to come as you could imagin what a car would look like without TFC's SmartNav in it!!
