Still no access if I click L2 nothing happens, terminal comes up with only the trials

If the level 2 button does not bring up a level 2 screen this is due to the fact that it works as a pop up, so you will need to enable pop ups in your browser/firewall or any other blocking software.

Can you please click on log out again and then log back in as your account is set up for the trial. Let me know what happens.

When you click on terminal does it display a page that states 'no views currently defined' or do you get a message saying your sub does not include this - if it is the first one you are accessing it correctly, and simply need to click on create a new view to get up and running.

Sorry so long...'You currently have no views defined'is the message however I had defined 2 views 'arm' and 'ari'when I clicked on them still only got 'vod'
and the other page..Turned off pop up..still no joy with L2..

With regrad to terminal when yuo click into your new view, can you then click on the little spanner icon in the top of any of the frames - this should bring up a new menu which you can then customise to the view of whichever stock you want.

This is definately due to a pop up blocker if nothing happens when you click on the button - can you try disabling your firewall for a moment to see if you can access with it off? Do you have any kind of toolbar installed (like Google toolbar), as this has a pop up blocker in and could also be responsible
