Kensington still a good buy? (KGN)

Dave1980 - 10 Mar 2005 22:51

can you let me know you thoughts on Kensington Group, I have heard rumours that they have been taking on loads on new business this year! I'm thinking about buying!!

The dip could become a crash. Mortgage business !, highly probable interest rate rise (esp after the crooked election is over)gloom and doom on the economic outlook and government figures failing to cover over the cracks. TA shows a DT (letter M) as we head for more profit downgrades. Corporate outlook negative and Brown's financial workings about to blow up in the face of UK ltd (regardless of who wins election), pending inflation this is another one for the shorts list. I am buying some stocks at the moment - but this 'aint one of them imho - you did ask for opinions
:) :)

Interesting viewpoint Minx, much obliged. The consenses I've had is quite the opposite with a fair value at 7.50 but you do make some good points. Great to have a balanced view I'm looking forward to what next week brings. Thanks.

Been quite a bit of activity from institutions recently - price steadily rising again with interims due in approx. 4 weeks. Last statement said trading in line so this remains well undervalued with p/e still around 8, so fair value around 7.50 still.
