tipped recently, no movement, i am none the wiser

I wanted to sell a month a go but I didn't do it ,I still thinking that they can make it, and go up.

News of another part sold off, to help with the streamlining of the company. 3 good sections left and no more draining of cash! this lifted the price a bit last week but nothing can stay up in this red market!! there is light at the end of the tunnel and some quite large buys going through last week---am I the only fan or fool who is sticking with it???

Hi Ricardo and SIP holders, I've screwed up my courage and bought again today!
I might be mad but I feel there must be some positive news due soon---fingers crossed !! I think there was a buy after market closed of 1.750 000 so maybe I'm right. can't afford a buy of that size though. regards MP

Why all the panic?? Surely if they raise funds to start corporate activity etc. it means they are back from the brink and starting to move ahead? Any comments SIP holders?

if u believe that this co will turn around (i do) then u will have to hold on for at least 6 months, and then reap the benefits. it may crash and burn, but, if they turn it around, then there will be major upside over the next 12 months.

Hello all Scipher Share holders

AS I HAVE A LARGE SHAREHOLDING IN Scipher I wrote a letter to the CEO asking him about the future of the company the dismal share price and the chances of a recovery.

This was his reply

Please rest assured that I am working diligently to enhance share holders interest in Scipher. Extensive corporate restructuring of the type that has been required by Scipher is always painful process.

Judging by the recently falls again in the share price I think that Scipher will be sold. The question is what is the company worth?

It's certainly painful for us!! If they have turned the corner maybe they need the fundraising to pay for acquisitions, there should be an update due soon. Hang in there!! MP

Any idea when Scipher will post their latest accounts, they are certainly overdue.

If you would like to contact Scipher and try and find out what is happening with the share price, you could give them a ring.

moving up after another disposal. anybody got any further thoughts and does anyone know the company debt?

This is encouraging news, I hope the results should be announced soon and show the company is slowly working off it's debt mountain. I don't know the exact amount but this new CEO is known for pulling companies back from the brink!!
He has put in his own money buying a large block of shares soon after he was appointed and willalso be rewarded with generous share options if he succeeds--he has said it is like turning an oil tanker but I think it is good that the banks are continuing to support him when everyone else thought SIP was dead and buried
Anybody with strong nerves and patience I think will be rewarded, I have bought and will continue to add if the news stays positive, but definitely a very long term hold!! As ever this is only my opinion-D Y O R !
