Pursuit Dynamics' reverse takeover has progressed after it conditionally bought three online social gaming and gambling businesses for a total consideration of about £12.1 million and placing to raise approximately £3.4 million.

The just-acquired business were: Gaming Realms Limited, BeJig Limited and AlchemyBet Limited.

The suspension relating to the Pursuit Dynamics existing shares was lifted today.
