Sorry Snip. 'tough for her' then. You must keep your broker happy, popping in and out of stocks so regularly. Do you reckon you'll catch this one on the turn by charting when SEO lands a significant deal? I wonder.

downhill slalom was forecast months ago but some chose to read the charts and post tosh to suit their own point of view, make sure the skis are fastened well as the finishing line might be some way of. dyor.

evo's of the same view that news is required on usa and more importantly greenseal/asda to start a rise but it has reached a good level support at 15p

a snippit from the BPRG results
"Other non-trading costs have also impacted the Company's financial performance.
These include:
Legal and other professional costs principally associated with the
continuation of various litigation proceedings undertaken by the Company;
and
Consultancy arrangements.
In both these cases substantial reductions have been implemented which will
impact during the second half of the current financial year. The new management
team has taken steps to settle legal proceedings where possible but not in
situations where the asset base of the Company has been impinged upon."
Does this mean that they could be looking for a more sensible out of court settlement from SEO" -
BPRG results do not make good reading, cut backs and redundancies etal

ssanebs, yours is an opinion i respect, but
"The new management
team has taken steps to settle legal proceedings where possible but not in
situations where the asset base of the Company has been impinged upon"
still says they wont settle with seo. the ip is one of their few assets.

You need to learn how to read results mate, the Bioprogress figures were excellent; cashburn reduced by 80% whilst the business improved. We'll now break into profit in the first half of next year on the FMC deal alone, we have 9 million in the bank which is enough for 4 years without any revenues. The loss was due to the ineptitude of our now resigned ceo and was predicted by the market.
ps Stop leaving snide messages on the Bioprogress thread without any basis for them, I've always provided reasons for my positions here and expect the same in return.

Only 4 trading days till interims now, should get a run up to them.
And then a nice run down, what a load of crap this company is!

Stanelco impinged the asset base of Bioprgress by stealing the patent, how clear do you guys want it; Bioprogress have already won the case in a court of law, why on earth would they walk away now?
Not wanting an argument but come on chaps!

Sham,
Wouldn't expect anything else from a BPRG holder. Obviously both BPRG and SEO want to move on and get this court dispute out the way, and it appears that this IP , as quoted by Bosley, is "one of their few assets".

shamona, if , as you say,
"Aye along with a mountain of cash and done deals with multi billion pound majors! "
why has the price fallen from 1.65 to 28p?

Mr Hind was a conman who couldn't run a business for a profit(other than his own), the new management still have the same deals in place but have now chopped the outgoings to ensure we hit profitability a.s.a.p.
The price peaked at circa 1.60 before slipping but it should be remembered that they floated at 16p only weeks earlier, if you'd been in from the start your money would have near doubled already. Once sentiment returns though those highs will return easily, unlike here they have the done deals.
ps It's not a competition between the companies, you can do as I do and invest in both when it suits; at the moment this is firmly in a downtrend but i'll buy when it breaks it.

shamona , you are full of shit. last week you got on your high horse because pm1 said something unpleasant about mr. hind , bprg floated months before the high , not weeks, and if they have done the deals, where are the massive profits you speak of? now, if you haven't got anything to say about seo i suggest you fuck off.

Bos Hi,
I quite agree, bitter bprg lemons should have given up the lost cause of bashing SEO by now, and got a life .... where possible.
Cheers,

FMC Magenta commercialises early next year, pharmaceutical formulations take time to get past the authorities mate.
PM1 mocked a dead person who was the Chairman, not Mr Hind who was CEO.
Temper your langauge son and try doing some research before debating with someone of my knowledge and stature, i've embarrassed you on two counts there.

The market knew about the loss up to June, what they didn't know was cashburn rates and cash in hand; both turned out much better than expected. With 9 million in the bank we won't need to do a Stanelco and beg the shareholders for cash every year.
I suggest some of you actually try researching Bioprogress as I have researched Stanelco, shareholding is not the same as football team supporting you know.
