I knew Smarties were a healthfood! At last, proof. You get protein and minerals from red Smarties. And I imagine red beetle shells have a low G.I too.

Hello, Mr Magoo! Can I make you a drink or find you some lunch? Everything is on the menu, but I particularly recommend the Hot Roast Chicken, Roasted Cyprus Potatoes (with garlic!), and the tomato, onion and avocado salad.

Help yourself, opto. The gravy has fresh lemon, rosemary, szechuan peppercorns, soy sauce and french mustard added for taste but otherwise is just the juice of the birds. No OXO cubes here!

I'm sort of ashamed to admit, it was your comment that it had a great chart that made me look at ADC in the first place! Yep, NCC doing OK. And EMH. But ADC is still the winner!

Console yourself that at least you know somebody reads your early morning roundup .... and acts on the ones you highlight!
