hewittalan6 - 29 Sep 2005 09:09 - 10213 of 27111

You swearing at me, bos??? 8-)
Gone to find me dictionary to see what erudite means.

shamona - 29 Sep 2005 09:11 - 10214 of 27111

bema

I'm doing fine thanks, just a little worried about you lot.

Bema - 29 Sep 2005 09:15 - 10215 of 27111

I think we'll be fine. ...nice to have a guardian angel though! ;o)

driver - 29 Sep 2005 09:29 - 10216 of 27111

Bos
Al is not just erudite, but scholarly intellectual well learned academic.

hewittalan6 - 29 Sep 2005 09:31 - 10217 of 27111

Can I refute this erudite stuff. I have never erudited in all my life. I have always been very clean in that respect. And I'm not an academic. Church of England, me.
Alan

re page 505 post 10074

this stock is at a very critical stage now. I hope you holders have your stop losses in place and are not relying on crossed fingers

al, you're erudite .... you know it .......and so does H!!! (she told us)

bosley - 29 Sep 2005 10:14 - 10221 of 27111

snip, do you really think it's going to go that low? 4p is a touch drastic although i agree that the chart doesn't look that healthy.

bhunt1910 - 29 Sep 2005 10:15 - 10222 of 27111

I thought erudite was what you used to fix things - I am syre I used some last week to stick my shoes back together again !!!!!!

SEO could certainly do with a bit right now - cos all the bits are there - they just need sticking together

You lot have gone mad over the last few days!

This is the INESTORS BOARD. Everyone is acting like traders. Nothing has changed since the ASDA announcement and yet some of you are bailing. I'm afraid IMO you're going to be kicking yourselves in a couple of weeks.

You're failing to use the number one rule: Sell on change of news, not price.

Keep us informed on Level 2 if you can bhunt - appreciate it.

Would have to agree with you Bugz, and while trading these shares recently may have made sense in terms of increasing our portfolios as the SP dropped I think someone on here will miss out on the big financial gains by risking/thinking/ guessing when news will come and getting stung. It wont be me thats for certain and I just hope they have the courage and honesty to come back on here when it happens and admit how wrong and pig sick they are.

Not sure if its a couple of weeks, a couple of months or a couple of years from major news, but I came in in 2003 for the long haul, have added greatly since then and have seen nothing sensible that has changed my mind about the long term prospects.

Repeated bleetings about charts are all very well and good but they dont predict news that will blow a silly little chart and the doubters out of the water.

Like Aberdeen and Manchester United under Fergie, patience will be rewarded :-)

shamona - 29 Sep 2005 11:14 - 10226 of 27111

LOL !!

Bugz moans that this is an investors thread, not a traders!!!!!!!!!!

THEN??????????

Can you keep me informed of level 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PMSL:-)

shamona - 29 Sep 2005 11:16 - 10227 of 27111

QC

As a massive Aberdeen fan I like your anology, problem is this at 30p was like Aberdeen in 1983; we both peaked then went on the slide.

If compared to a manager now i'd say this was like Ian Porterfield.

driver - 29 Sep 2005 11:24 - 10228 of 27111

Who's he then.

gem - 29 Sep 2005 11:24 - 10229 of 27111

shamona i used to think you were sensible till you mentioned being an aberdeen fan ! under porterfield aberdeen went into a terrible terrible decline, you`re not suggesting ? no surely not. mon the hoops

qc - 29 Sep 2005 11:42 - 10230 of 27111

LOL,

If nothing else this has brought a smile to my face. Porterfield transformed Chelsea too, look at them now eh o doubters!!!! LOL LOL

Porterfield as I recall had a decent record for the Dons but previous success and too many draws cost him. Seem to remember that Portaloo as he became known had a lower % loss record than any AFC manager in the history.

Aberdeen's decline was under way under Ferguson and he got out at the right time. The real decline started the day the appointed Roy Aitken and from there it's got worse and worse.

As an SEO and AFC fan, I know who I would back to win something big in the next 'season'.......

Question for today is how the hell is IP still allowed to walk on the planet after killing people while drink driving and all sorts!
