Please Miss. If there has been a placing with KBC Peel Hunt of 38m ordinary shares at a price of 12.8p per share, that could mean and overhang of those shares in the market for a number of days until they are dispose of and therefore a probable standstill of price movement of ? above 12.8p for a little time. Am I right in this thinking or not?

Dexter: great research - knew you would be a great asset to this thread. Re the ASDA figure of 500 machines: presumably these are with suppliers who are tied to ASDA; if a supplier also serves other supermarkets, will they have machines dedicated to ASDA? Where do you get 500 machines from? Lets say the initial contract is for 100 machines with one year exclusivity, how would you see the deal? Given the SEO forecast of 200 machines in year 1, seems sensible that half of them are for ASDA. How much of the manufacture will be done in-house and how much sub-contracted. 4m doesn't seem much if they are having to tool up themselves. Given that the ASDA contract is likely to be the next major announcement it would be good to second guess it!
Fred: the funds raised are chicken feed and will have next to no effect on the market. Having said that, we are seeing the first significant profit-taking this morning. I expect it to soon run out of steam as new buyers pile in and institutions build up a decent % of stock. End of week position is the significant one; may be profit-taking tomorrow afternoon to close weekly positions.

Evil is a well known shorter (don't know his full name), he and his fellow followers, target companies they believe are over valued (without fundamentals), I personally believe the SEO could be a target if we don't get news soon, this is only my interpretation as I have been caught before whilst holding BPRG & PDX recently... I understand there are different ways of investing but to target companies like this really grates me and goes against all my investing principles...

evil knievel is a well known shorter. i believe his real name is simon calkwell. he makes LOADS but if you have seen/heard him, you would wonder how. he is a t@sser of the first magnitude imo. a classic case of if you have enough money you can move makets ( or not care less if they move against you ). MONEY MAKES MONEY.

Eric,
The figures quoted are`nt mine, it was just a post i got from the other side. Are these machines like the ones that used to be in each supermarket for vacuum packing etc ?, i used to work in one years ago and they did a lot of their own pre-packing. So if it was one for each store we would be looking at a fair sized order, bearing in mind the 35,000 cost per machine, you don`t get a lot for that kind of money these days. So bearing that in mind, i would think that stores would have thier own smaller version and wholesale packing firms a larger one, all IMO.

A friend sent me the "Insinger UK Morning Briefing" AND SEO GET A MENTION !!!!
Stanelco Rose after signing a 60-day exclusivity period agreement with Asda for its food sealing technology. The group also raised 4.8m through a placing of 38m shares.
THIS IS BIG, because Insinger are Stockbrokers, their main interest is in the FTSE100, but we ARE NOW being noticed by BIG MONEY people !!!!
The Analysts that recieve this "Morning Briefing" will check the story out, and the MCap, and maybe do a full research on SEO like EVO and KBP Peel Hunt do, and then RECCOMEND Stanelco to THEIR BIG MONEY CLIENTS !!!!
Cheers,
PM
