If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Snip,
Have checked it with several data sources and they agree with ours, so I can only advise you to take this up with SS

Support and resistance alerts would be a nice touch. I realise that there is a way to enable a similar action using the alerts menu but perhaps one idea would be to list the EPICs with say a check box against the headings S3,S2,S1,Pp,R1,R2,R3 which users could tick? Even better would be a window that popped up when the alert was reached!

Morning Gents,
I've tested the Heatmaps but can't find any of the problems you've experienced. If you get any error messages can you please post them here, so we can see if we can get to the bottom of this problem.
Cheers,
K.

Karl,
1. Leave office.
2. Go to nearest Library or Internet Cafe
3. Connect to AM
4. Goto Heatmap page. (research/heatmap.php)
5. Displays top adverts and then immediately "DB Error: syntax error" and absolutely nothing else.

Ah ha ...
I think I may know what the problem is! A few days ago I re-arranged the heatmaps, changed some defaults and added some new options. If you are accessing the heatmaps through a "bookmark" I'm afraid it probably won't work and may even come up with an error.
Please can you go to :
http://www.moneyam.com/research/heatmap.php
and resave any bookmarks that you may want.
I hope this sorts everything,
K.
