OK,
A couple of questions to answer.
Cynic - No problem with you posting here, just wondered why you bother as you think this is a worthless company why the interest ? Are you shorting, looking to short COH ?
10B,
I know you are playing around as you cannot construct an analysis. As for your question I suppose you cannot read the results. I can help you if you're stuck. Asset values are provided by a number of financial sites.Just look it up,the NTAV / share came from one of the sites. NTAV 5.8p,NAV 6.24p. Net profit what is your estimate for 07,08 ?
MLR - Not sure of your English, another subject you didn't teach then ' start pumping' ?Anyway had a quick look and I see BMW has put your skills to the test there so no need to duplicate it. Just use your analytical basis i.e. MLR has a negative EBIT and a high ratio of price to net assets. So by your definition worthless.

no ... not looking to short this or CFE ...... merely follow this thread casually ...... still say chart (post 1020) indicates pretty strongly not to buy which is not the same as saying one should sell either!

I have no estimates for COH.
NTAV PS
However Net Tangible Assets Value per share ratio, is defined as Shareholders' funds attributable to equity interests minus Intangibles, divided by the number of shares in issue. The calculation of NTAV per share is as follows and taken from ADVFN, for accuracy
[(ord cap,reserves - intangibles) / shares in issue] * 100
Note: Calculation based on Ordinary Capital figure as contained in last annual report, and the most recent shares in issue figure. Therefore the ratio might be exposed to inaccuracies.
So here we have a compny with an assumed NTAV subject to inaccuracies suppoting a current share price of 37p
And then the assest are in realiy leases, furnishing and fixtures full stop.
Its plain to see that the company is grossly over valued.
MLR is a new company now so you would have to work the Accorus takeover into the eqaution, Oviously Mr BMW was in the fast lane and overlooked that.
The day gets better, I trust so for you too.

You were ramping MLR before the aquisition so the logic still stands.
If you have no estimates then you have no basis on which to criticise. So you have been shown up on EBIT and assets what do you want to try next ?

Turning now the Net asset value," or "NAV," of an company in our constant search for the all important intristic value.
The NAV is the companys total assets minus its total liabilities.
Nopw to me and to my way of thinking assest must be made for profit.
COH has cash assets but this does not reflect the true trading state of th company as this is cash call money and not money from earned profits.
Lots of talk around the financial web sites that COH has money to spent and this gives a false impression as there is little mention of the fact that its all shareholders funds.
Put it another way, without these cash calls COH would be broke. today. And broke after 7 years in business.
Full stop.
But then I know nothing.

This board really has degenerated, used to have constructive comments but now its awash with crap and mainly due to one person... Agree that maybe we should highlight investments that David10b,waxman ramps and then destroy those threads... Glad to see some of you are highlighting his inadequancies but at the loss of this once useful thread... Keep up the good work and maybe he will get the message (if you had admitted you were shorting COH then maybe you would have been treated differently)...

If you care to research before your posting you will find in the last year end accounts that MLR was set to move into profit in 2008 in any event on its own accord.
I should point out that its pretty much impossible to bottom fish for highly profitable companies which sell at a premium.

Good MORNING ADIEh OH BUT I AM NOT NOT NOT SHORTING.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I AM ONLY POSTING HERE SPECIFICALLY TO OPPOSE YOUR PERSISTANT UNFOUNDED RAMPING OF THE SHARE.
THERE IS NO OTHER REASON.
Did you mention that you lived in Fishponds?
Accoring to my mail box these BB are much more diverse since I appeared here.
I feel that we should all pull over shares apart and please as MLR is my favourite at the moment GO HAVE A BLOODY GO OLD BASH AT IT.
I REALLY WOULD WELCOME THAT.
You can all see true value for money then---so stop talking and please start doing.

If your responding to me I cannot see you as your squelched, there is nothing you say that interests me, I know what your agenda is you seek glorification on this board as you have no life... Don't give us all this crap about trying to enlighten people about poorly run company that has no potential, others BMW and Proteus have exposed you as a ramper on other threads and you don't actually know what your talking about... I have suggested others squelch you as you spurt is garbage and my time is much more important to me than wasting it reading your drivel... You have been exposed...

Whatever it is that pleases you AdieH, anything to lower your blood pressure would be a positive step in aid to the inflicted.
Now whenb are you going to start to dissect MLR?

When you learn to speak english or type. I have no interest in MLR,your ability to analyse shares would put it on an avoid list. But who knows it may go up or down.Just observing that your analysis here would point to MLR being a failure ,either that or your analysis here is flawed. Either way you do not seem to have a clue.
