Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

CYBIT HOLDINGS PLC ('CYBIT')

CYBIT ANNOUNCES CONTRACT WITH TRISTAR

Cybit Holdings PLC ('Cybit') is pleased to announce a new contract win with
Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services.

Under the agreement, Cybit has integrated its Fleetstar-Online web-based fleet
management and telematics solution with Trafficmaster's Smartnav off-board
satellite navigation solution to provide Tristar with a powerful combination of
fleet management tools and satellite navigation with live traffic information.

The contract has an initial value of 140,000.

Tristar currently operates some 300 executive vehicles to blue chip corporations
and airline customers throughout the UK, including running Virgin Atlantic's
first-class airport transfer service. The new solution will allow Tristar to
track its fleet continuously, enabling it to offer improved levels of customer
service while increasing its own operational efficiencies.

Richard Horsman, Chief Executive of Cybit Holdings PLC, said:

'This ground breaking deal is Cybit's first Fleetstar-online licence only deal.
Working closely with Trafficmaster to integrate our two companies' core
technologies will not only deliver instant bottom line benefits to Tristar, but
by utilising our sophisticated solution, it will also enable Tristar to
substantially improve its market offering.

'It is a strong endorsement for Cybit that Tristar have chosen our solutions to
underpin its services, and demonstrates the strength of our products and market
leading position within the telematics industry.'

Shabba,

As mentioned before - comment on the company not other posters - we are more than willing to remove a users access if they become personal against other posters.

Good news this morning -Chrissie is being proved right. I agree about the other posters who just come on to be VERY RUDE---no need for it. we are all here to support each other!

Golfclub12 - 03 Feb 2004 12:57 - 1040 of 3104

I know that this is a long term hold but "frustrating or what"!!!!
Would Traffic master be having an adverse effect on this share ?
Regards G12

chrissie - 03 Feb 2004 14:26 - 1041 of 3104

They can't hold this price down forever, WITHIN a couple of months it will be a different story. Cybit did very well at the telematics conference and there will be many more contracts to come. The link up with Trafficmaster, imho, is a good thing, they fit perfectly together. If you look at the trafficmaster rns it mentions cybit.

There is a big seller, selling into any rise (apparently ebomber on advfn). If he is to be believed then he should be through selling in the next week or so. I might just add that he has made a big profit on cybit but wants to invest elsewhere for quicker profits. He is still bullish on cyh long term. Personally I think he'll be sorry he sold.

I don't know why the price is being held down but it won't be held down forever, one day (later this year) it will explode! SIT TIGHT!

chrissie - 03 Feb 2004 14:40 - 1042 of 3104

Still say at least 10p by year end results. But later on in the year, it will be much higher. I can't explain why but we all THINK (because of things I have explained before) that this will be a big year for Cybit.

Bye all, see you after the next RNS......quite soon then...

Bye,Chrissie,as always you're very informative.

phil5366 - 03 Feb 2004 15:39 - 1044 of 3104

Chrissie,

I am here now! By the way I agree they will not hold this down forever. When this does go it will be big time. I hold 19M + LITTLE CYBITS.
Trouble is at the moment this stock is being manipulated, Some one building up a nice big holding?

Bit puzzled about the football. It should be B*C/EE FC under 11s & 12s. uNDER 12S in the Final.

If you have patience then your rewards will come eventually.

Good Luck All.

PS. Dont get personel with Chrissie, everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

Shabba

Before I go why don't you post 190763s recent post on advfn 2871 regarding Norwich Union and Cybit. As a holder you should be pleased.

nematode - 03 Feb 2004 20:02 - 1049 of 3104

Chrissie why are the shares languyising despite all these new contracts, surely they should be 10p by now!By the way,do you work for mps????

chrissie - 03 Feb 2004 21:08 - 1050 of 3104

nematode,

I agree the shares are worth at least 10p on contracts already won and future potential. I don't really understand why we've been hanging around 3p for weeks but I do know it can't go on for much longer. Some say the price is being held down but I don't know why or how this can happen. This is a great company, doing everything right...the shareprice will move northbound very soon.

Can't really say where I work.

Good Luck

snowballroller - 03 Feb 2004 22:54 - 1053 of 3104

Of `cos price `ve been held down !! I just put Cyh on my OBV test, and found out that Cyh had been under pros`s distribution pressure for 15 days including
today! unless the accumulation pattern appears again,do`nt expect any big price change.:-)

moneyplus - 04 Feb 2004 01:31 - 1054 of 3104

Snowballroller--could you please explain what you mean? I don't hold the large amounts of the other posters but I'm hoping my small number do well -I will add when I can spare some more dosh! Thanks Chrissie for keeping us posted.

snowballroller - 04 Feb 2004 07:38 - 1055 of 3104

MP,
I think short term price movement depend on supply & demand rules,at the time being, sells group are in control, they keep selling shares of the company, only
sound fundamental of the company pervent its price`s crashing from selling pressure . rgds SBR.

skids - 04 Feb 2004 10:36 - 1056 of 3104

There was a 5m 3p per share issue last year which may trigger quite a few profit takers. So I think it'll take an acquisition to hike the price above that short term. Having re-read last years full year results I think perhaps that is the only thing holding back Cybit - an acquisition/growth news.

Any thoughts?
