Hi Socs, have a glass of your favorite tipple and tell me, have you heard of any news of the Liverpool site sale, this semms to have been put into the sidelines unless I have missed something.

I've lost track on Liverpool, when it happens it happens. I've long had the opinion that the council there are playing with a marked pack, some big wig in a planning role has just resigned because of it. Don't know the details but smoke and fire, smoke and fire.

Right now a pint of creme de menthe is more important.

optomistic - 27 Jul 2004 19:24 - 10401 of 23498

It's on the bar!! now don't rush it, you will only want another :-))

Socrates - 27 Jul 2004 19:35 - 10402 of 23498

I'm not green you know!

optomistic - 27 Jul 2004 19:45 - 10403 of 23498

Keep on with the C de M and you make take on a subtle hue. Last 'person' I remember with that colour was called The Mekon, oh dear not many will admit to recollecting the days of Dan Dare, but I was very young then :-))

chocolat - 27 Jul 2004 19:52 - 10404 of 23498

...around the gills, perhaps, Socks

G'devening all! Quick slurp of summat..

chocolat - 27 Jul 2004 19:53 - 10405 of 23498

optomistic - 27 Jul 2004 19:57 - 10406 of 23498

Not really changed then chocolat:-)) seems to be a lot of Creme de Menthe around, would you like to try a half pint, pints only for the fully experienced.

chocolat - 27 Jul 2004 20:03 - 10407 of 23498

Why not, opto...makes a change from the usual pint of g&t. One day, I'll tell you a storyette about creme de menthe..

optomistic - 27 Jul 2004 20:06 - 10408 of 23498

I will look forward to your words in my ear chocolat

Sputnik - 27 Jul 2004 20:24 - 10409 of 23498

Good evening chocolat, I've searched the four corners of the Globe to find you, up the Amazon down the Orinoco, across the Sahara, through the Everglades, and you've been in the Tea Rooms all the time.

chocolat - 27 Jul 2004 20:30 - 10410 of 23498

Well fancy seeing you here, Sput!! Grab a stool..

chocolat - 27 Jul 2004 20:31 - 10411 of 23498

That's a blast from the past, Dan Dare- Pilot of the Future!

Sputnik, hmmm last time I saw you you were on a world tour. Indigestion was it, caused all that bleeping?

Sputnik - 27 Jul 2004 20:41 - 10413 of 23498

Pleased to meet you opto

Socrates it was the rejection by chocolat that did it, sent me over the edge, just had to get away, being the shy and sensitive male that I am.

chocolat - 27 Jul 2004 20:43 - 10414 of 23498

Blimey, Sput, did I miss something again?

Sputnik - 27 Jul 2004 20:46 - 10415 of 23498
