Investtech Update from yesterday......new addition is that we have support at 0.50 pence now.

Neutral (Medium term) - Jan 23, 2006 Analysis Explanation
DIMENSION RES. ORD 1P does not show any clear trend. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock has support at p 0.50. Poor liquidity (traded 73% of the days, mean 0.33 mill per day) weakens the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.

Is this ramp now over?
450,000 sells @ 0.45p
Not exactly a 100% rise if bid - offer spread is taken into account is it?

- from the below I would assume an RNS will be released with the finalised amount from realisation of current assets.
We are expecting a definitive report from the administrator down in
South Africa in the second half of this month which will enable us to
make an announcement.
As to its content....I would expect an update regarding the aquisition prospect and possibly an EGM date because in essence the administrators report is the only thing delaying progress and the only thing of importance from him is one number(?)
...I'm sure they (Directors) know whats coming anyway, a quick phone call to the guy in SA would have given them a ball park figure, its not secret or rocket science. So 'to conclude any arrangements' (below) IMO means simply agreeing on the scenario - i.e. I'm sure they have tabled several combinations dependent on cash realisation, they are simply waiting on the go ahead for option a,b or c.
The Directors are examining new projects to be injected into the Company, but it
remains difficult to conclude any arrangements until the cash value of the South
African assets can be ascertained. Once again, shareholders will be informed of
progress as soon as possible.

How much are the directors going to pay themselves before the shareholders get a return ?
You got a history of investing in companies with rip off merchants as directors Sue , remember QTR ????

At first glance it seems that the price has come off a bit. We need SueHelen to tell us what the real price is though. I'm sure that'll be up.
