I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

You identified it very well to buy at 4.5 What made you think it had so
much potential?

i bought on recommendation of my stockbroker. my broker sends me an anlysis sheet of recommended shares and i liked the sound of cms.
at first the share did not seem to be going anywhere but is doing well now. have not sold any yet. i will probably sell half at around 15p and hold on to the rest.

Encouraging Geoffery.R.
The mm's are definitely in on the game...they will be kept well informed of timing of any upcoming announcement....and be preparing their stock positions in advance....what does surpise me is that the price although it has retraced today...has not fallen off the cliff to really shake out some stock big time...the mm's are having a carefully controlled cooling off period before warming it all up again...I maybe wrong...but I still sense this is only a matter of days before the cat's out of the bag....the price may well drop further in which case I will continue to buy on the dips....because for me the bigger my holding gets as the price drops the more money I make when the inevitable minute arrives....I for one do not intend to be running around like a headless chicken trying to clamber aboard when the horse is already off down the tracks...
Evening now,
Sue.

Sue,
Ur the most fantastic ramper I have ever come across in my entire life on the boards.
I mean that in the most inoffensive way possible, and wish you every success with your trading on cwv.
I did a nice wee trade in @6.75p and out @ 9pence. Went into Galen holdings(GAL) before results this morning.......nice! What other way could you earn this money in 4 trading days!

Nathan7, the price will get to not just to 20 pence but even more when the RNS comes out about the fundraising accompanied with the trading statement. This is not a day traders share and I would advise one to be holding these as when the price goes up it does go up very fast.
There were 2 MM buys for 100,000 shares each at 8 pence at 4.10pm today. This is indicating that MMs have stopped the slide and are ready to take it back up. I would think that the offer price tomorrow morning will very quickly get to 8.75 pence. In addition, as we witnessed on Friday when there was a devulge of MM buys first in the morning and we may start seeing that again from tomorrow.
If the price was to slide anymore then we would have not seen those 2 MM buys.
What we yesterday was the reversal where MMs were selling to gather stock but today we have had the 2 MM buys towards close too indicating that the stock is ready for more upward movement so could even get a pre-market mark up tomorrow like the one on Friday.
GoodNight all.
Sue.

Seems buy order being filled at 9.25 pence, should see offer price tick up shortly to 9.5 pence.

Just looking back through CWV's history as a company...CWV is still at just over half the price it was when it floated in 2000....no more money has been raised by the directors since then...no further dilution while they've been carefully investing in and building their business...they now have a sustainable and profitable business....with products and distribution agreements that will drive significant new revenue streams...mkt cap currently under 5m...directors have consistently upped their stake even when the markets were rating the stock down....I think they will be bullishly going for a huge re-rating of this stock as part of funding negotiations because the last 3 years has seen the stock market drive down their mkt cap dramatically.....despite running their business properly with controlled costs and minimised cash burn....the city dragged them down with the rest of the tech stocks and until the last few weeks they've not seen the 6 months bounce that many other techs have....
These guys look to me like seasoned city veterans....and will not be giving away their hard earned and grafted for equity value lightly...
Sue.

I can tell you that we are likely to hear an announcement within a matter of 2 weeks but don't have a precise date. I can also confirm the funding was not needed for the company as they already have sufficient cashflow, so this suggests that the MM needed to have more shares in the market as I predicted over the weekend on this board. What we don't know is what price has been agreed. There should also be more news on Prophet X sales as they have the sole distributing rights in the good ole U.S of A. If they get Europe, I might have an accident in my pants.
What is very apparent is this company did not have a good PR company but now has a very good one.
If I find out any more news I will update you all.
