HOHOHOHO...the manageress is prematurely drunk

the manageress - 27 Mar 2007 08:08 - 1059 of 1184

Cause, not effect 07/04/07

fft - 27 Mar 2007 08:24 - 1060 of 1184

why Easter Sunday ? What are you expecting ?

And why would Barclays buy stock when they could insist on a DFE swap and effectively take control of the company for no extra cost ?

any ideas ?

hlyeo98 - 27 Mar 2007 08:28 - 1061 of 1184

BFC is not stopping at 20p...it is zooming past comfortably.

cynic - 27 Mar 2007 08:36 - 1062 of 1184

arguably all will be revealed, but do remember that there are/were some massive short positions being run, and this may well be no more than the unwinding of these ..... and of course MMs will make hay in a classic bear squeeze.

i too cannot work out Barclays position, for assuredly they are very vulnerable to any accusation of insider dealing

cynic - 27 Mar 2007 11:11 - 1063 of 1184

or just possibly the likes of DOO is sniffing around again ..... sp is prob less than a quarter of what it was when they last approached

cynic - 27 Mar 2007 17:31 - 1064 of 1184

and certainly Barclays continue to buy swathes

micky468 - 27 Mar 2007 17:38 - 1065 of 1184

cynic have you changed your positions on (BFC) and would you buy in to this doomed company now .also do you see the s/p go up/down

cynic - 27 Mar 2007 17:49 - 1066 of 1184

i most certainly think the company is a load of manure, but just perhaps someone thinks that smell is as of roses

micky468 - 27 Mar 2007 17:57 - 1067 of 1184

were there is shit there is money have you not hrd that saying.

hlyeo98 - 27 Mar 2007 18:21 - 1068 of 1184

I suppose that is true, 'where there is shit, there is gold'. I am on 50% profit.

Big Al - 27 Mar 2007 22:49 - 1069 of 1184

Retested broken support from underneath? Not a bad setup.

cynic - 28 Mar 2007 07:08 - 1070 of 1184

having just ready the latest RNS with its strong implication of D4E, i think sp will head sharply south this morning ...... have reconsidered and shall certainly NOT be a buyer this morning!

Biofuels Corporation PLC
28 March 2007

Biofuels Corporation plc
(the 'Company')

Financing update

Further to the announcement of 13 March 2007, the Company has now secured from
its bankers additional funding. As previously notified, and against the
backcloth of a weaker market, additional remediation costs and a lack of clarity
on the timing and extent of any market recovery, the Company estimates a total
funding requirement, of between 16 million and 25 million through to 31
December 2007.

The Company is pleased to re-affirm that its on-demand banking facilities with
Barclays, who remain supportive of the Company, have been rolled over to 30 June
2007. Barclays have agreed to provide additional facilities of:

3.1 million for working capital and fixed capital purposes including
plant remediation; and

0.9 million to cover bank fees payable on 30 June 2007; in addition to

The deferral of payment until 30 June 2007 of the future interest
payments due up to that date, amounting to around 2.0 million.

However, additional funds for working capital and fixed capital purposes are
likely to be required by the company from 31 May 2007 onwards

The Board continues to discuss its short term cash requirements with Barclays
and to thoroughly investigate a range of options to restructure the current debt
in order to secure the Company's longer term future. Amongst these options is
the possibility of a debt for equity swap. Given the company's current debt
levels of circa 95m (excluding the drawdown of the above new facilities) and
its market capitalisation, which is circa 11 million, should any debt for
equity restructuring occur shareholders in the Company would very likely see
their shareholding significantly diluted.

Falcothou - 28 Mar 2007 08:16 - 1072 of 1184

This leaked out over the last few days evidently, bit more rope to hang from

cynic - 28 Mar 2007 13:04 - 1073 of 1184

interestingly, one cannot short this stock - i.e. no one will lend stock to allow same ...... shame really, as sp has defied gravity this morning

cynic - 28 Mar 2007 13:45 - 1074 of 1184

sp is like Dr Faustus as he is being slowly dragged down to Hell

cynic - 28 Mar 2007 15:45 - 1075 of 1184

do hope you guys and dominatrices have exited and even made a profit
