new millennium resources (NML)

LEEWINK - 28 Mar 2004 15:45

NML is due its interrim results now, last year it was the 28th of this month.

They are setting up a new site to explore/research/analyse and all the equipment to do this should be on site now, and drilling should start soon, all this extra news should be covered in the interims.

does anyone have any further positive views on this company ??

stockdog - 28 Jun 2005 13:55 - 1058 of 1909

On another thread one of the regulars (can't remember who) posted an article about stock bashers, the fundamental tenets of which is it's only any good bashing a good stock. The amount of attention from our two resident bashers on this stock (who do not hold positions or engagements that they are prepared to admit) suggests, on that basis, that NML is a better stock than they say it is.

All of this nonsense can be stopped by the company issuing its own news and I would encourage everybody on this thread to write to them asking for recent news of our company - there must be some, even if it's only inches of rainfall!

Zari Resources PLC - ZAR

Zari Resources is about to take off .In my opinion a deal is about to be announced regarding a West African venture involving Horizon. The Price is at rock bottom and this is about to go north very fast.

The company is well run and has a very strong management and will be one of the mining stars of 2005

Its time to buy at these historically low prices. Companies like these move fast and when the news hits it will be too late to get in at these low levels.

IMHO DYOR

Oh no, the mystery buyer has struck AGAIN! This time with 600k at 3.75p.

The derampers will be running for cover and sobbing into their comfort blankets soon as the MMs get their long ladders out.

GayBriefs - 28 Jun 2005 14:41 - 1062 of 1909

Or the seller will be rubbing his hands in glee as he phones his broker to release another tranche eagerly awaiting a good price at the expense of the 3 blind mice!

Trades "from last week", published late under AIM's 5 day/95% rule would appear on ADVFN under the relevant date with the correct time of trade.

They would NOT be showing on today's trade list.

One final thought. I hope (for all of your sakes) that Anom does not turn sour on this share. His postings when he deramps are malicious, vile and spiteful.

My postings on NML have been truthfull and accurate. I predicted their share price would go to 4p, I predicted that they would have to dilute further and I predicted that they would not mine-start in February 2005. And I predicted this in November 2004, yet the NML shareholders were too narrow minded to realise that it was the truth.

They are still deluding themselves and have even taken to using the filter to self-censor themselves, because they can't face the truth. If they were so confident about their share, then they would realise that commentary from a Bulletin Board poster would have no effect on the share price one bit.

Their problem is that all along I have provided evidence - solid proof, in many cases from the Companies own documents, which they laughingly then call lies, which proves why their share price has dropped so badly. Yet they choose to ignore this evidence, whilst their share price continues to fall.

They have no reasonable explanation for why their share price continues to drop, except the one that I've put forward, that there are 'mystery' seller(s) dumping huge quantities of placing shares into the market at regular intervals and that they have been doing so for the past year.

These sad 'dopes' who've invested in NML, many of whom bought in at 5p, 6p or even greater, are now sitting on a paper loss and trying to average down to minimise their loss or maximise the gain that they think will come when their company announces the production figures. What they fail to grasp though, is that when the announcement comes, the people that have been so annoyed at having to wait for the past 6-12 months are going to jump ship en-masse, the moment the share price spikes, causing the price to stall and fall back down again. The actions of the mystery seller(s) in dumping 500k or 750k every couple of weeks over the past will be nothing compared to the millions that will be dumped when the investors see their exit opportunity come around.

Sad to say, that they will then have to see the production figures dwindle as the rainy season sets in again and the companies previously predicted 10,000 carats per month is not reached.

And the sad gullible fools still blame me for all their woes, when the real culprit, the mystery seller(s) is laughing all the way to the bank with their money. How stupid can they be....

Anomalous1 - 29 Jun 2005 09:24 - 1066 of 1909

I can sit here and laugh my head off at the NML holders for acting like victims. It's like watching the antelope on the African savannah. They stand there, chewing the grass and watching as one by one their herd is culled by the lions.

The predators are taking advantage of you. It may have passed your notice, because you've blinded yourself to the truth, that the 'mystery' seller(s) have been dumping shares for over a year. The sheer volume they have sold suggests that they had even more than the entire placing volume of 42 million shares. If they have that much to dump, then how come they've managed to act 'in-concert' for the past year and dump at regular intervals into strength?

They could only do this if the people selling DO own more than a declarable interest and have failed to announce it. We already know that the directors failed to announce their declarations correctly, so it stands to reason that the 'mystery' seller may have done so too. I wonder how many 'blind' trusts the AIM will come across when they investigate the share register? I wonder what will happen to the share price when these failed declarations and holdings are exposed? I suspect IMHO, that NML is in for a very bumpy ride when the truth is known. I wonder if the reaction will be similar to Bre-X or Minmet? Who knows, but the result would not be good if it was.

ASMITH2 - 29 Jun 2005 11:00 - 1067 of 1909

Imo this stock will never do anything its finished youve got a queue of sellers longer than the Dartford Tunnel!
You have the mystery seller selling for peanuts at these levels you have all the blind mice who wont dare tell this bb that are desperate to get their money back and are waiting to sell the minute this hits 4/5p and then there are all those recent placed shares at 4p in the hands of the sellers who are greedily rubbing their hands together waiting to sell at 4.5p+!
Forget it its a loser..

LOL, you're right about the first two, not the third though.

So you admit you're all 4?

Why should you?

Well it seems very strange hanging around a share which you think is best forgotten about. It suggests you don't really think that, but are attempting to get people to sell out in order to get the price down so you can fill your boots?

crockanure8 - 29 Jun 2005 13:06 - 1071 of 1909

Anom,
Ok we all agree with you. This share is shit. We are going to lose all our money. There is a mystry seller dumping shares, probably a director. The share register is wrong, and anything else you say. Now why dont you go away to some other share and leave us to waste our money if we choose to.

"The stockmarket is a mechanism for transferring money from the impatient to the patient" - guess who said that!

And of course, the NML shareholders have been some of the most impatient people around with their constant clamouring for RNS's and news. What they fail to grasp is that the 'mystery' seller(s) is the patient one that has been waiting with the placing shares over the past year, drip feeding them into the market in tranches, to make sure that they don't depress the price too much and can come back for more profit a short while later.

I think Buffett was trying to point out that it is the long term investor, the person that does not care about minor fluctuations, that wins in the long run. They pick stocks that they are comfortable with and hold them for as long as they need, to obtain the return that was estimated in the original research information. They are not expectantly waiting for some mine-start or production news, but planning on the forecasts 2 or 5 or 10 years down the road.

The vast majority of the NML shareholders are impatient short-term holders and their wealth will IMO be transferred to the 'mystery' seller(s).

"WAIt for aRNS or an AFX or whatever, sp spread is 3 to 4, so what."

LOL - I think you will be waiting for a very very long time and when this elusive rns does turn up the price will probably be so depressed by then a bounce will only return this heep to a 3p bid!
