Zareba To Acquire Uranium Asset Within A Month - Sources
By Sarah Thompson
Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Zareba, due to make its debut on London's Alternative Investment Market Monday, will make a significant acquisition within a month, people familiar with the deal told Dow Jones Newswires.
The U.K. mining shell is to announce the purchase of a "huge" uranium asset in Australia, the sources said.
Zareba has been established for the purpose of making investments in the mining and minerals sectors. It is being floated Monday at one penny.
Executive Chairman Brian Moritz is a director of Southern African Resources (SFU.LN), the shares of which have gone from three pence to 35 pence within 18 months.
Zareba's directors are also involved in Zari Resources PLC (ZAR.LN), which floated at 1 penny in July 2004 and closed today (Friday) at 4.13 pence.
A spokesman for Zareba said: "There are some assets we are looking at, and a uranium asset in Australia is one of them. It hasn't been dismissed out of course."

Yes, this has very good potential especially if they pull of a uranium deal. It could make us very rich. Got in today with a view to buying more.

Talk about good timing. I haven't seen it myself but apparently the Daily Express are reporting ZBA are nearing a deal. Looking for 4p minimum for this one, possibly more depending on deal.

baker12,
hi, have you read any of the other bb`s ?, some good posts, but mainly crap. IMO your 4p min. won`t be a problem once a deal is announced, and if it`s uranium, well just pick a number!!

Mining investment company Zareba struck it 0.07p richer at 1.65p in brisk trading yesterday after renewed talk that the company was nearing a deal. Zareba, which took a stake in a diamond mine in Zambia this year, was said to be lining up a uranium aquisition in Nambia or South Africa.

Hi dexter,
I have not read much on here but I heard about the possible uranium deal some time ago. Now seemed like a good time to take the plunge. The buying this past two weeks has been relentless and the news from Africa with regard to uranium deposits is very good!

Come on then, what`s going to happen tomorrow ?, tight spread 1.72p to buy v 1.61p to sell. Are they going to drop the bid to stop any more sells or just go with the flow ?. IMO , seems like something is happening because of the day on day rises, especially when the buy/sell ratio does`nt really warrent it.
Dexter.
wilbs, what do you mean just in, is everything ok with you and yours ?,me and my lot are fine now thanks.

Zareba plc ('Zareba' or 'the Company')
The Company announces that it has appointed Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance
Limited as its nominated adviser and joint broker with immediate effect.
The Company entered into heads of terms with Masefield Energy Holdings AG on 18
November 2005 to acquire the entire issued share capital of Quadrise

In connection with the Proposed Transaction, James Burgess, a director of the
Company, has agreed to underwrite a financing of 250,000 at a price of 1.75p
per Zareba ordinary share. In addition, Masefield Energy Holdings AG has
agreed, as part of the Proposed Transaction, to procure substantial additional
funding for Zareba to enable it to meet the transaction terms and to develop the
new business.
Masefield Energy Holdings AG is the major shareholder in Nautical Petroleum plc,
a specialist North Sea heavy oil production development company.
Further details of the Proposed Transaction will be announced in due course when
it has sufficiently progressed.
