- from the below I would assume an RNS will be released with the finalised amount from realisation of current assets.
We are expecting a definitive report from the administrator down in
South Africa in the second half of this month which will enable us to
make an announcement.
As to its content....I would expect an update regarding the aquisition prospect and possibly an EGM date because in essence the administrators report is the only thing delaying progress and the only thing of importance from him is one number(?)
...I'm sure they (Directors) know whats coming anyway, a quick phone call to the guy in SA would have given them a ball park figure, its not secret or rocket science. So 'to conclude any arrangements' (below) IMO means simply agreeing on the scenario - i.e. I'm sure they have tabled several combinations dependent on cash realisation, they are simply waiting on the go ahead for option a,b or c.
The Directors are examining new projects to be injected into the Company, but it
remains difficult to conclude any arrangements until the cash value of the South
African assets can be ascertained. Once again, shareholders will be informed of
progress as soon as possible.

How much are the directors going to pay themselves before the shareholders get a return ?
You got a history of investing in companies with rip off merchants as directors Sue , remember QTR ????

At first glance it seems that the price has come off a bit. We need SueHelen to tell us what the real price is though. I'm sure that'll be up.

Not an investor in this share, but watching with keen interest to see if SH' s assertations stack up or if the rest of the crowd are vindicated.
If it is a pump and dump, then should we list on the pump and dump thread that a key sign is a bombardment of posting during the pump and a deafening silence once the dump starts?

A dump is often followed very shortly after by a plop.
Hope this helps.

I am sure SueHelen's silence is because she is on her way to South Africa to ensure the 'announcement' comes out in the second hald of January as she promised.
The little blip today is only illusionary as the deramping fraternity have infected all of our computers so show the price is going down when the opposite is true. The actual price is 0.75 to buy but only if you want a maximum of 10 million shares. Any more and you need to email SueHelen to get permission and also confirmation of the price you can have them at.

Maybe off for her new job... the new Iraqi Information Minister... "no, there are no tanks within 100 miles of Baghdad and DMR will rise again soon..."

Cowards turn out in their droves on one tick down which the makes the screen go red.....
News isn't even out yet and seems they have just found some more ammo for their deramping for another day.

hewit......u are naive of the lot to even think about such assumptions...Gausie became very desperate with his deramping of DMR...he couldn't succeed and the coward just started a new thread purely to continue his deramping of DMR.
If news comes out and DMR does soar big time what happens then is what i bloody want to know..
And don't use the deafining silence with me hewitt....when the price rose by 100% over the last couple of weeks....these mates of urs were very quiet.

For any incoming company the cash raised (expected in the region of 400k) will be of little interest IMO - more of a 'nice to have'. I suspect that the incoming party will, as stated by Moritz in his communication, be responsible for obtaining their own funding requirements. If the prospect is mineral (75% certainty IMO) the raised capital could be at a substantial premium to market price to reflect prospects.
Do you think the incoming party will have a use for DMR's existing assets - i.e. the retention of old order mining rights is part of the cunning plan? can a company transfer old order mining rights to another location/mine e.g. gold/diamonds?
I'd be happy with any profitable business assuming the price is right or a development stage diamond/gold prospect

Blimey Alan, SueHelen does have a way with words - but from one naiive mate to another, I think her deafining silence means absolute otical crash and burn associated with being dumb.

Administrator receiver my arse Gausie...don't show yourself up that much....u have just demonstrated your motives as to why you are being such a tosspot.
You still have not figured it our even by reading a simple RNS as to how the company will have at the very least 400K cash.
By god...you better be around when all the news starts coming through.
My thread for you will be red hot.
You only acting big cause you got other muppets running around you.

SH - kindly address me in a manner more suited to my station - else I'll have you flogged quicker than you can flog your DMR shares.
