Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

These outers with their rather pathetic excuses have little positive comments to make as usual on here as we keep witnessing Fred..what sad people they are.

I would have loved for us to be able to stay in the EU and for it to even grow much bigger. It would have been great for us to have been able to add our 'UK influence' on things too.

We were never ever going to be able to influence anything to do with it (just ask Nigel Farage - and if you can't do that, then check out some of his YouTube clips. eg. "Just who is this, "Jean-Claude Juncker"?" which illustrate how totally undemocratic the EU is. Farage often called the people at the top, "A bunch of spivs".

And so, "Great! We are leaving. Great!"

The current vote being delayed, won't change anything. We need to change the deal itself.

I'm getting to be somewhat exasperated with our present prime minister. Her present deal is doomed but she doesn't seem to want to change it.

Is she fick or wot? Time to change her, IMHO.

She is only obeying orders.

But that’s one of the points made E/L we have been really half hearted from the start of our membership to get stuck in...and stay at it.

Hence things in the EU have slid...frankly if your in a club and you don’t really take part and stay at it then it’s hardly surprising that things won’t go more of what we want!

As Hils has often said, there are/were ways we could have sorted out our 'immigration problems' whether we were in or out of the EU. But we didn't.

That leaves 'our lack of involvement with the EU'. Pathbloodyetic. I guess we were always going to be outnumbered 27:1 though. Could never fight that. That's why the EU was/is undemocratic.

One day those advocating to remain may realise that the EU is being run for the very few and any concerns of individual countries therein count for absolutely nothing.

This club is so one sided it beggars belief, European Union, Union my a--e. What exactly has the Union done for the masses of youth (18-24 year olds) unemployment in Italy, Greece, Spain etc?

What's Maggie going to do or say at 3:30? Give No 10's curtain sizes to Jezza?

Again the outers on here “don’t know and don’t want to know”.. or have they some self interest that would benefit by the UK leaving?

Hils , she's going to dance her way into the Commons pissed , then say bugger the lot of you I've sacked my whole cabinet and replaced them with the ERG and I'm going on holiday until April.

Corbyn then gets up and says he's going with her and taking the whole Labour Party too. SNP say och aye the noo and all go home .... and the country lives happily ever after ;-)
