Ultrasis - IS this the next tripple bagger performer (ULT)

mcsquares - 13 Aug 2003 17:03

Over the past three months I, probably like most have benefitted from the movement in small micro - cap stock that have risen heavily on increased liquidity. The next stock, despite having benefitted from a massive surge in share price back in April, that I have focused on is Ultrasis. This company is poised to secure the ever increasing Mental Health Market both at home and in the US (Several lucrative contracts already announced)through its suite of highly effective software.

The companies web address is as follows http://www.ultrasis.co.uk

I for one have gone heavily into this stock and am prepared to wait for the realisation of its potential to kick in .I would advise others to do so

Do you see my point WOODIE.
Double figuers on the card.

WOODIE - 18 Mar 2005 12:50 - 108 of 359

sam to get to 10p co must show profit it wiil not be in the next set of results also there is a chance of more shares being issued to raise funds for co to tap other markets other then uk and usa.

Poverty - 19 Mar 2005 09:58 - 109 of 359

I can see 2-3p medium term - but I can't see 10p - not with the huge number of shares in issue - perhaps I need to clean my glasses but....hmm. I would love it to happen but they have to cross alot of rivers and kiss a lot of corporate frogs to get there!

Issuing shares is not easy for a co like this - because the price is so low and the shares so numerous. A longer and possibly better long term route would be to consolidate the shares into 300M instead of 900M and then make an offer at the same time - get some institutions involved - where is the rush?

WOODIE - 21 Mar 2005 10:22 - 110 of 359

nice up tick again today, poverty from a shareholder point of view the number of shares in issue is irrelevent it is the value of company if shares are reduced 1 for 10 the share price does not move your shareholder value will be worth the same.cheers woodie

Poverty - 21 Mar 2005 10:22 - 111 of 359

And... by the way... 1P per share here we come! (with any other share that would be a disasterous price! - but for ULT its fabby!

iturama - 21 Mar 2005 11:12 - 112 of 359

ULT looks promising. Glad to see you doing better out of this and seo than yoo know who, Poverty.

Maggot - 21 Mar 2005 12:26 - 113 of 359

Very promising. In fact I bought 5 years ago cos I could see the possibilities! Clever, eh? And I still hold. Now let me see, I paid, err... 60p. Doh!

Poverty - 21 Mar 2005 16:33 - 114 of 359

Thanks Iturama! - not a miyonaire just yet though!

Maggot - were these shares really 60p!!! - What happened?

WOODIE - 21 Mar 2005 16:38 - 115 of 359

maggot it might not have been clever to buy at 60p if you learned your mistake in holding on this long, then it will be worthwhile in the long run, learn by your mistakes.the positive side in buying these shares you spotted the fact that the co has a good product it was not your fault sales were slow over the last few years.cheers woodie

Ultrasis PLC
24 March 2005

Ultrasis Plc
('Ultrasis' or 'the Company')

NICE RECOMMENDATION FOR 'BEATING THE BLUES'

Beating the Blues, the flagship product of leading UK based interactive
healthcare company, Ultrasis plc, has been recommended for use as a proven, cost
effective option for treatment of mild and moderate depression in an Appraisal
Consultation Document produced by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence
(NICE).

The Consultation Document released this week, is the first published outcome of
the NICE commission from The Department of Health and the National Assembly for
Wales, to review its 2002 appraisal of Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
(CCBT) for the treatment of depression and anxiety. CCBT is a generic term that
is used to refer to a number of methods of delivering Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy (CBT) via an interactive computer interface as an alternative to
traditional face to face therapy.

The findings presented in the Consultation Document are based on evidence
submitted by Ultrasis and other companies, as well as views put forward by
professional and patient/carer organisations. The document outlines the
Appraisal Committee's preliminary recommendations for CCBT in the management of
depression and anxiety in primary and secondary care. The interim appraisal has
been prepared for consultation with the formal consultees, with the final
publication and recommendation to the NHS due for publication in July this year.

Beating the Blues is a CCBT based package designed by Ultrasis for patients with
anxiety and/or depression. It consists of a 15 minute introductory video and
eight 1-hour interactive computer sessions. The sessions usually take place at
weekly intervals and are completed in the routine care setting of a GP or other
primary health care setting.

Although two alternative products are mentioned, Beating the Blues, is the only
depression treatment included in the consultation supported by published
randomised controlled trials evidence, suggesting that Beating the Blues is more
effective than treatment as usual (TAU) in general practice.

Additionally, Beating the Blues is also the only CCBT package with published
evidence of improved cost-effectiveness compared to TAU. Further comparative
analysis of cost-effectiveness, reported in the Appraisal Consultation Document,
shows that Beating the Blues is by far the most cost-effective of the competing
products.

The consultation document presents proposals for the CCBT implementation and
audit based on the preliminary recommendations and states that NHS organisations
offering treatment for people with depression and anxiety and General
Practitioners should review their current practice and policies to take into
account the guidance. The report suggests that all people seen with mild or
moderate depression should be offered CCBT treatment.

Commenting on the Appraisal Consultation Document, Ultrasis plc CEO Graham Lewis
said, 'Whilst we recognise that the recommendations are preliminary and may
change after consultation, we welcome the very positive statements made by NICE
both on the validity of Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CCBT) as a
form of treatment for depression and anxiety and the success of Beating the
Blues in published randomised controlled trials'.

I am watching for the succesful breakout and hold above 1 whole penny per share! Be great if the market really starts to get behind this stock.

driver - 24 Mar 2005 15:09 - 120 of 359

I got back in just in time by the looks of it well done Woodie for your consistency.

Poverty - 24 Mar 2005 17:05 - 121 of 359

Well done. I expect this share go up and down a bit - huge numbers of shares traded. However the general longer term story has to be an upward moving chart I reckon. Once they get above 1p then you get the .12 and .25 rises going on. Fingers crossed. Happy Easter ULTraEgoists!

I have been reading your posts on the board and dipped my toes into the water on the 28th Feb at .075 a share. To be honest with you after i bought them the price dipped for a short while and i thought i had made a mistake. Now though i am quietly confident that we will see some steady growth in share value in the next few months.I must also congratulate Woodie for his belief in this share ,long may it continue and lets hope we jump the penny barrier tomorrow.

I dont know about going through the .01p I see it heading towards .02p and beyond, all the news from ULT is positive they have greatly reduced there losses, contracts are being signed with more to come, and now this latest rns all positive. There are day traders working this stock they are short sighted you should buy on there dips, I for one will be adding first thing.
