If Stanelco are going to be there and hopefully make a big impression on those attending, they should surely be on the list?!
"Will most likely get one of the tabletop exhibition spaces" seems a little iffy, uncertain and hesitant by a company trying to leave a massive footprint on the proceedings.
I did peruse the brochure and saw the networking after each session. I think that SEO should be sponsoring something at a Forum of this importance to really get in the faces of the decision makers/movers and shakers in this industry. After all, the US is where SEO is hoping to really kickstart a revolution in packaging.

Oily Hi,
SEO aren't big enough to sponsor yet, that would not look great to the bigger companies, a small lossmaking(currently) company throwing cash at a show, or doing any big advertising, etc.
I doubt any of the smaller companies will be listed, there is only big companies in that list, and getting tabletop space is for the smaller companies to show off their wares to the big companies, easy, cheap, perfect.
Also if as I expect, Natureworks and Wal-Mart are going to do all the talking for Stanelco, what more of a show do you want ????
Cheers,

Re your last sentence, point taken ..... providing a large part of their presentation concentrates on the benefits of Starpol and Greenseal working in tandem.

Paul, are you insane, or just a 23 year old programmer on a high? Well, not my question but a friend of mine I showed the BB to. Personally I enjoy the Googling and think you are doing a good job. Forgive my friend.

Well just wasted 15 minutes catching up, oily posted the only relevant fact in that Stanelco are not officialy at the show; mastersons poor attempt at a response shows how blinkered his views are in the regard to this company, first rule of investing; never fall in love with a stock.
His specs are now so rose tinted his views have became tainted, one should always consider negatives as well as positives, at the moment all he can see are the positives, if it's negative he'll spin it to suit his view.
His email reply showed what a conceited chap he is, the response was obviously a standard copied reply to all who email the poor chap yet he makes out it was a special one off in reply to his questions. It wouldn't surprise a bit that in the future Stanelco put an injunction on this chap to stop his harrasment of them and potential customers, he may already have done some damage imo.

Stanelco will be strongly represented at the Philadelphia packaging show.
The show is only two weeks away.
This is a great international company in the making.

Hope the current marked price of 14p doesn't give too much of a shock. Actual spread is 14p to 15.25p so an error, confirmed by L2. Presumably chartists will confirm that there should be support at 14p.
Surprised at shamona. Can't see why there should be a bounce off 15p; should wait to see whether 14p is an effective support as trend could carry on through that figure. His policy is stated as buying undervalued emerging stocks. That was why I bought into SEO at 6.4p. He is also happy to short shares which have been over-hyped and thus over-valued. That was why I sold 90% at 20p to 28p and the balance at 17p. But why a bounce now? OK, it could come on the fundamentals of a positive announcement. But the last RNS indicates that any RNS is likely to be about Starpol, not Greenseal. The sp is still primarily about Greenseal. I have suggested that an appropriate cap., with Greenseal on ASDA alone, is something around 100m pounds though that is ball-park.
But the important thing to stress is that Stanelco, the company not the share, is doing very well and is very promising. Greenseal is becoming established through the ASDA contract: the potential could be very substantial but that is in the process of being proved at the first major contract. The company is putting a major part of its time and effort in establishin a broad base of products. They are working on a timescale of years rather than months. Its a realisation i remember having with Alizyme (AZM) that the timescale of the management is not necessarily that of many investors and certainly not the traders.
So, bos, what about your comments re selling at at 13p or thereabouts. No way, because that is proably a reasonable value for the company at present. I am with andysmith that the value in two or three years time will be many times that but a lot of water has to flow under the bridge before that time. I think if I was still in I would probably hold. But we need to see the bottom before buying; that doesn't mean buying on a bounce but rather when it breaks out consistently from ii's downward trend. Or, and its a big OR, when there is a change in the fundamentals that means that the has been left behind - a sinificant US Greenseal deal (but that has not been flagged at present). Long term investors should still have a smile on their faces if they bought at the turn of the year or before. By the way, bos, could you change the chart at the top to cover the year from Jan as it gives a much better picture - we may even see the long-term trend line when the share has bottomed out.

morning eric, i will work on the chart later. just to clarify, my opinion of seo hasn't changed , i just don't see why i should watch all my profit disappear.... if the share is going to continue to go lower , why not buy back at a cheaper price and increase my shareholding? as to what a fair value of seo is, who knows? people's opinions change by the week.

So apart from chasing Tesco which have a good market lead over them, Asda will have to watch their backs as Sainsbury's are now chasing them and closing fast, having lifted its market share to 15.7%. The race for customers is getting hotter. Even more the supermarket giants will be looking at cost cutting. They all know that customers are fickle, and they can't sit still in the game. Look what happened to Morrison's when they fell behind in the stakes.

The Grocer magazine in September found Sainsbury to be the cheapest of the country's big four grocers. Another wake up call for ASDA.

I have it on very good authority (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) that its EK going long.
If only!
On buys like that a man could be tempted to sell his mother in law and invest the proceeds in SEO. Now where is she hiding?
Do brokers like orders for 10 shares?

Hi All,
If you thought the last few RNS's were to halt profit taking as per the RHPS claim, that is incorrect, Stanelco had already planned to release information on Biotec products as soon as they could. I even posted a few weeks ago, that there would be several RNS's over the next few weeks and months, on Biotec products.
If you think the last few RNS's were impressive, wait until you see the next few :)
Cheers,
