Pappy - 03 Aug 2004 20:39 - 10784 of 23498

Very good, Priscilla, well I am going to water my grass seed now, as we have had NO rain at all, then I will be taking my lad round to the local for a few carlings, the wife is working behind the bar so I have to make sure she doesnt mug anyone on the way home, its a hard life!!!!

Big Al - 03 Aug 2004 20:52 - 10786 of 23498

Evening!

Just flew in for a quick couple of shots - will leave the rest of the bottle.

Been up to my a**e in feckin' alligators (sorry, oilfield terminology) all day and in desperate need of something to sooth the soul.

Right, back to it!

jj50 - 03 Aug 2004 21:03 - 10787 of 23498

Big Al. Calm down. I'll just put on some soothing music for your benefit, let's see what GD has here and then I'll pour you another drink. Better to have a break for 15 minutes before you get back to it. By the way, meant to say before, your lemonade has gone down very well here.

Cheers

Big Al - 03 Aug 2004 21:17 - 10788 of 23498

jj - you're a sweetie. Cheers. A couple of tunes from Cafe del Mar is very "chillin'"

Next batch should be ready in a couple of days. It certainly disappears fast!

STORMCALLER - 03 Aug 2004 23:35 - 10789 of 23498

Evening each,
Didn't make it in last night, began to worry I might get lost if I left it too long, so thought I'd better drop in and have a quick guinness.

STORMCALLER - 04 Aug 2004 00:07 - 10790 of 23498

On something of a crusade starting this week, Health and Fitness.
I want everyone to join me in a commitment to improve mind and body.
My first step is to start using these very stylish new exercise devices GD has so kindly installed on the bar.......oh I've poured another guinness?!?
Better drink it, the exercise will do me good.

STORMCALLER - 04 Aug 2004 00:40 - 10791 of 23498

I figure I should show faith in my new regime, so, with that thought in mind, I shall withdraw, early to bed and all that....even though it's late?!?
Goodnight.

jj50 - 04 Aug 2004 08:33 - 10792 of 23498

Morning all.

Stormie, next exercise in your programme is to wash up glass!

Quick cup of tea for me. Just been swimming and after 40 lengths in need of some refreshment...rescussitation (spelling?). Oh.. that was good. Looks like a red morning. Off to see Bank Manager. See you all later.

SBunny - hope your computer problems are solved :-)

optomistic - 04 Aug 2004 09:12 - 10793 of 23498

Morning all.
This is a grim start to the day, bleak outside and red everywhere else. Large pot of tea definately required.
Well done jj a swim like that everyday should keep you in fine fettle.

brockman - 04 Aug 2004 09:37 - 10794 of 23498

Go for it Stormie, if you keep it up for three months you will be hooked! I promise you!
Shall we make this a non-smoking tea room too? I could empty some nicorette tabs into the ash trays?

optomistic - 04 Aug 2004 09:45 - 10795 of 23498

Morning Brocks.
Definately no smoking please, but we must condone the booze :-)

brockman - 04 Aug 2004 09:54 - 10796 of 23498

Moring Opto,
I have no problem with booze ;o)

optomistic - 04 Aug 2004 10:06 - 10797 of 23498

Likewise Brocks but keep to the tea through the day. If tea was alcofrolic I would be legless for lunchtime, particularly today, its thoroughly depressing. Both weather and market and not only that we are missing Bunny!! who's going to make the lunch :-))

brockman - 04 Aug 2004 10:12 - 10798 of 23498

The weather is wonderful here, only a little splatter for us yesterday, suits me.
Bunny has a delivery but should be back in time for lunch. Think she's doing something exotic with tropical fruits today but I guess thats her business ;o)

optomistic - 04 Aug 2004 10:16 - 10799 of 23498

Lucky you with weather, looking forward to lunch, must go and be usefull now, jobs to do.

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2004 11:07 - 10800 of 23498

Brockman - I deny all knowledge of the exotic fruit and delivery man scandal
;>) (5th amendment...I know my rights...LOL)

Good Morning Opto - how's things today? I have 2 blue and too many red
on my screen, things can only improve from here!

JJ - yes solved problem by resetting computer to an earlier date, that
seems to have banished whatever it was.

More monsoon weather expected this afternoon...brace yourselves!

Pappy - 04 Aug 2004 11:14 - 10801 of 23498

stockbunny - I hope your wrong about the weather, i am golfing later! Its a nice day here again, having to water the grass.

Pappy

optomistic - 04 Aug 2004 11:15 - 10802 of 23498

Morning Bunny,
Call out the emergency services it is like a disaster zone here. AV. announce results +37%, increased divi and shares drop 22p. My limited mental ability just does not allow me to see the logic in this.
