Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Fred1new - 12 Dec 2018 19:40 - 10789 of 12628

What do you expect from the two-faced, duplicitous, hypocritical cabal manipulating "power" at the moment?

Martini - 12 Dec 2018 21:16 - 10790 of 12628

What has len McCluskey done now to upset you?

required field - 12 Dec 2018 21:37 - 10791 of 12628

Well...this parliamentary voting is like trying to stand up straight without skates at an ice-rink !....

required field - 12 Dec 2018 22:01 - 10792 of 12628

I'm glad that there will not be a leadership contest anymore and everybody can now concentrate on this blinkin' minefield that Brexit has turned into.....

Stan - 12 Dec 2018 23:43 - 10793 of 12628

Roll on that informed referendum and end this time wasting brexit nonsense.

Clocktower - 13 Dec 2018 07:48 - 10794 of 12628

Just let the clock tick and end up with the result the House Voted for, and tell the businesses to get on with making it a success. Happy Days ahead.

Stan - 13 Dec 2018 07:54 - 10795 of 12628

"Happy days".. for who exactly?

2517GEORGE - 13 Dec 2018 08:05 - 10796 of 12628

Stan you need to get more sleep.

Stan - 13 Dec 2018 08:19 - 10797 of 12628

"Happy days".. for who exactly CT?

Dil - 13 Dec 2018 09:56 - 10798 of 12628

For the 17 million informed voters who were told that leaving the EU and ending freedom of movement would mean we were out of the customs union and the single market.

Fred1new - 13 Dec 2018 10:17 - 10799 of 12628

Dil,

You should shout a bit louder.

It will strengthen your case.

Clocktower - 13 Dec 2018 10:24 - 10800 of 12628

Only two options left if TM cannot get her own way - No Deal a clean break which all that is needed is to let the clock tick down or if she is acts cowardly will agree to break another red line and go back to the people if the Tories want to remain in Power.

Dil - 13 Dec 2018 10:24 - 10801 of 12628

Ive no need to shout Fred , we get enough of that from remoaners.

Dil - 13 Dec 2018 10:30 - 10802 of 12628

No need for her to go for a second vote , if Labour don't back her plan then she'll just blame them for taking the no deal option.

Martini - 13 Dec 2018 10:30 - 10803 of 12628

Dil
That was a line I used with Fred in the days when he used to post in upper case. Good little fellow has learned not to use upper case now but still struggles to understand the implication and when to use the put down as evidence by his post to you..

Fred1new - 13 Dec 2018 10:37 - 10804 of 12628

A successful vote last night.

Clocktower - 13 Dec 2018 10:41 - 10805 of 12628

Labour will soon be calling for a second vote as JC cannot work out what to do and that might force TM into a corner and then get the EU to extend Article 50. Not a good option but because the House is full of remainers - I would not put it past TM as she was one herself. Hence the reason she should have been voted out,

Fred1new - 13 Dec 2018 10:41 - 10806 of 12628

or perhaps!

Fred1new - 13 Dec 2018 10:42 - 10807 of 12628

? General election 2019???

That will learn them!

Martini - 13 Dec 2018 10:44 - 10808 of 12628

That’s right Fred stick to reposting cartoons. It’s less intellectually challenging for you.
