I think I need an easier password- I can memorise for a short while but a few weeks the jumble of letters and numbers will get even more jumbled. I don't have to ring up for that, do I?
I'm doing quite a bit of work during the holidays, I have a huge folder of practice Scholarship Papers to do in the next few weeks, exams in May-suddenly seem very close-but I'm not working intensively and am trying to relax-good nights sleep etc. i think what I need is hard learning-of foreign language vocabulary, global locations and King's names and dates as in ruling dates.

vasey - 06 Apr 2003 20:27 - 1080 of 23498

Kayak: You could well have the answer there. I'll e-mail him via the internal and see if I get a response. Thanks

Calfy - 06 Apr 2003 20:36 - 1081 of 23498

Isn't it more likely he is just resting or without access to internet? I often have breaks of a week or two from various sites and , although he would say if he was going away, he may have not realised. I think that if he is off moneyAM he is off the internet. Or maybe he has nothing to say.

jeffmack - 06 Apr 2003 20:52 - 1082 of 23498

Calfy, what a well behaved student you seem! Surely you cant be that good.

Socrates - 06 Apr 2003 22:54 - 1083 of 23498

Hello one and all, sorry I missed you but I have been very busy doing a close inspection of the insides of my eyelids.

Welcome back Calfy, nice to have a youthful presence around. I presume you know you can change your own password by going to "My Account" at the top of the page? I change mine once a month as a matter of habit.

I've heard of Bryanston School, it's in Dorset as I recall, Blandford is it? Can't remember how I know this but must have read it somewhere. Probably someone famous went there and wrote about it.

Where is that Vasey lady? I fancy a glass of bubbly and can't manage a full bottle all on my own.

Kayak - 07 Apr 2003 12:29 - 1084 of 23498

Hmmmmmmm.....

Ursidae - 07 Apr 2003 14:57 - 1085 of 23498

Socrates;
Blandford it is. Passed by yesterday, some sort of running event going on.
I Believe people do this for pleasure. Next weekend thousands will be doing it in London. Can't work out who's the craziest; them that run or them that turn out to watch people running!

Anyhow, must run along now myself.

Socrates - 07 Apr 2003 18:32 - 1086 of 23498

Ursidae
I sit and watch them on the telly. Even that makes me tired!

8 Ball - 07 Apr 2003 18:41 - 1087 of 23498

Evening all.

No sign of the Dog then?

Very odd for him to leave us, with an edited heading here and on the game.
Their must be a woman involved somewhere.

Calfy - 07 Apr 2003 19:31 - 1088 of 23498

Hmm

Socrates - 07 Apr 2003 19:41 - 1089 of 23498

8 Ball
let's just hope it's a woman! How are you, is your portfolio blue. Mine has recovered a bit. There seems to be a bit of a change in sentiment and that could have a salutory effect on the markets. Happy people are buying people, I hope.

Calfy - 07 Apr 2003 19:56 - 1090 of 23498

Hmm

Socrates - 07 Apr 2003 19:56 - 1091 of 23498

Hmm?

[:-)

jeffmack - 07 Apr 2003 20:07 - 1092 of 23498

Must be some wowen if he hasn't surfaced for two weeks. Now where can you find a woman like that?

Evening Hilary

Socrates - 07 Apr 2003 20:08 - 1093 of 23498

Hilary, where's Hilary, Jeff you must be seeing things.

jeffmack - 07 Apr 2003 20:36 - 1094 of 23498

Evening Socs
Hows life in Cheltenham these days?

jeffmack - 07 Apr 2003 20:37 - 1095 of 23498

Dow dying a death this evening. I'm short and got a wide grin on my face

hilary - 07 Apr 2003 21:03 - 1096 of 23498

Evening Jeff.

Your comment takes me back 15 years to when I first met my husband. He asked me out for a drink one evening and never went home after that.

:-)

Socrates - 07 Apr 2003 21:15 - 1097 of 23498

Good evening Jeff. Cheltenham is fine thanks, if a bit nippy. Dow closed positive I see but good trade for you was it?

Hi Hilary.

8 Ball - 07 Apr 2003 21:18 - 1098 of 23498

That must have been when you were 17 hey Hil?

I'm fine thanks Sock's, portfolio is blue'r than it has been for sometime.
PRM is the bright light at present, should shine even brighter given time.
Would love to see 90p, would help to balance the books on my last couple of years.
