I pride myself on the fact that we try to answer shareholders questions, although in busy times this may take a little longer. I must stress that I am not able to answer questions over and above what is in the public domain. As you are aware, this is part of my regulatory requirement, as is passing the wording of any statement through a regulatory compliance process.
Sorry that you regard the statement in this way, but I feel that the Trading Statement tried to communicate a balanced view going forward. The statement is dominated by the fact that the company has grown dramatically (nearly doubled primarily in the second half) on the previous year, clarification that a clear strategy for the medium to long term has been adopted, a new product has been taken through the expensive but well budgeted development stage to launch and from my final sentence we are clearly progressed with the longer term acquisition element of our plan while realising a significant PBT versus a loss of 240K last year.
Regards
Kevin

I pride myself on the fact that we try to answer shareholders questions,
although in busy times this may take a little longer. I must stress that I
am not able to answer questions over and above what is in the public domain.
As you are aware, this is part of my regulatory requirement, as is passing
the wording of any statement through a regulatory compliance process.
Firstly I must outline the regulatory limitations on all Board members of
traded companies, which also applies to Envesta.
Directors are not allowed to trade in the companies shares in the period 2
months prior to a trading statement, (this equates to a minimum of 8 months
of the year based on 4 statements), nor in the period prior to any major
transaction or event that could significantly impact the share price. This
is called the "closed period"
I and my fellow board members are currently in that closed period, and will
be until after the finals are released at the end of September.
During the year, Legal and General invested just over 950K after costs in
the business. This was to fund growth in the business as defined in our
statement at that time. Specifically the investment went to fund capital
investment in the new products, significant start-up marketing investment,
acquisition planning and funding and of course general working capital with
the business doubling in size.
Strathclyde Pension Fund (Gartmore) did not invest in new capital in the
company, but rather bought existing stock on the public market which they
are free to do on the open market. The company therefore received no new
capital from this purchase.
Going forward, the funding of acquisitions and the associated working
capital of the greatly enlarged company will be the most appropriate in the
market at that time. All things will be considered.
I hope that this this response addresses the points you raised.
Regards
Kevin Jauncey

More strange people! Best to remove this one.

You should just remove Lord B by 'clicking' on his name and then writing Lord B in the squelch box - I have seen him post elsewhere. This board could be a reasonable board and we should try to keep it that way. People like Lord B are only interested in causing trouble for some reason best known to themselves.

Capetown - I have copied the two posts I can find on the AD VF N board, both from Kevin Jauncey. They don't say much.

What if !!!
Kevin Jauncey says that he is looking at all ways of raising money to solve the working capital problem.
My wise old man - who cant seem to go wrong says - whether it was mentioned in one of the papers or whatever -
a rights issues at 1.5p to 2.5p ?
Imagine what effect that would have?

It would be a disaster for the SP and I am not absolutely convinced that it couldn't happen. Folk like KJ will do whatever makes their fortune in EVS and the shareholder can often get a back seat!

How will KJ make his fortune - he doesn't hold that many shares. You seem to have a familiar way with your words, like that of a banished poster maybe, Dr. Ling.
Will we now be on filter so as to speak?

The Directors will make their fortune with his share options over time, but they have now a lot more work to do to get the share price back up - not apparently mentioning their current salaries.
My wise old man who is a professional investor was concerned if they had a rights issue, and - rightly or wrongly - the amount of current salaries that the directors were being paid. We've had a couple of believers today in buys of 500k and 450k.
They should sell the remainder stake in FMJ and / or borrow from the bank, or even another placing, although that would dilute the pe ratio and share price, rather than a rights isssue. Hopefully KJ will do the right thing for shareholder value.

I'm afraid EVS is very much out of favour and it's all down to that daft TS. I have some very unkind thoughts about KJ and the rest of them. The share to have bought was YOO!

I see KJ is now on holiday. It would be better if he'd stayed and supported the share price.

another bad day. The EVS directors should be shot and I see that KJ has deserted his sinking ship.

I bought into YOO in a small way and sold at a small profit but think that YOO may be too late now. FMJ has had a bad day too, after an RNS today.
EVS have had 2 x 1 million buys today, but even so the share price slipped day on day this week. Maybe someone is thinking that EVS is now low enough. In early April I was way in profit on EVS, now the situation has been badly reversed. It is my worse loss since October 1987. CCR I understand may well get customers not only from Joe Public but also Corporate so the potential there is huge. The cash flow problem in time could disappear altogether and they may only need to borrow money short-term. Another disaster though for the share price would be if they had a rights issue, especially with the word "dilution" However if KJ puts his head on the right way around then he will avoid this. The thing to remember is that EVS said it still stands to meet profit targets. I still have around 85% of my original holding, but I badly need this to recover, due to the hit I have taken. KJ has done well to set up CCR this is where the future lies, and it could be big time, thus the 2 x 1 million buys today.
Dr Ling the important next date is the end of September for the results statement, if this is more carefully / sensitively / worded - which I believe it will be - then it could support the share price more.
My man in Reading is concerned that they have a working capital problem and mentioned the large salaries that the directors were paying themselves for an AIM company. They need to come up with the goods and increase shareholder value.
My wife is also a doctor, although not a GP but a Herbal Doctor and due to her constant studying since leaving school she would probably be more effective than any other herbal doctor around - here or in China. Specialises in skin trouble, although is very effective in a lot of areas.
