Anyone else think that refs are becoming more like coaches in Rugger, the number of times they stop the game for some minor infringement depite the fact that the team not guilty have the advantagel is a reall Aris` pain.
The England match today was a prime example, itf there had been no ref there the score would have been much the same, and the game more fluid, they are on top of the ball getting in the way the whole 80 mins., there are enough linesmen ( now assistand refs) and CCTV to keep order.

If England beat France which they should, I'd much prefer a semi againt Wales but I suspect it would be Ireland and their record against us in Internationals and at club level over the past 12mnths is impressive.
