Training the mm's to accept an increase in the volume of trading is a neccessary
part of the preparation for a northward move in a relatively illiquid stock.

Traditional options were useful for this. there was quite nothing like the unexpected exercise of an excess of calls over cover to focus minds on where
the price level should be.

Quite desperate sue/op23 when you are reporting 330 quid trades
like it's a large buy/s

When does your T10/25 run out then ?

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 07:41 - 110 of 1904

Hello Mackem...I never buy on T trades...I always pay for my stocks in full with my own monies...and yes to report the 100K trades was because yesterday's volume hit 700K on the buy side which is pretty high for DMR.

Why report 100K trades...only 330 quids worth....that is the amount one can buy online now at these prices.

So sorry if you can't get more than 100,000 shares in DMR now at these prices.

PS. I am very sure DMR will get to 1 pence before MOI. Let alone 1 pence DMR will get to 2-3 pence before MOI as well.

Posters like you tarnish these threads who appear even though they have no vetted interest.

You will be eating humble pie....believe me. You haven't been around for long and acting the big guy.

Here we go....tick up on the bid and offer prices this morning. Price is up 18% now today.

0.25-0.40 pence...Level 2 at 2 v 2. Some delayed buys at 0.35 pence should come through at 10.15am I would have thought.

Breakout on the Chart ???

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 09:19 - 112 of 1904

Those unable to buy as many of these as they might want at 0.35 have the reassuring thought that the mm's might be able to meet more of their requirement
at successively higher levels...

nkirkup - 25 Oct 2005 09:20 - 113 of 1904

Can't buy online, DMR not listed, anyone know why?

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 09:21 - 114 of 1904

The Market Makers do not have sufficient stock levels at these prices hence once would have to ring their broker to buy a decent quanity nkirkup. Use the old traditional phone dealing option.

nkirkup - 25 Oct 2005 09:26 - 115 of 1904

Broker does not list this stock online or phone, so can't buy any at all!

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 09:28 - 116 of 1904

Strange Nkirkup...should do. Have you given them the ticker symbol DMR ???

nkirkup - 25 Oct 2005 09:31 - 117 of 1904

Yes, DMR not listed for trading

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 09:33 - 118 of 1904

If you don't mind me asking what broker do you use ???

nkirkup - 25 Oct 2005 09:37 - 119 of 1904

Broker is Self Trade

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 09:41 - 120 of 1904

That's a strange one then nkirkup because other brokers like Squaregain, etrade, TD Waterhouse allow one to deal in DMR.

Nothing much we can do then if Selftrade doesn't allow you to deal in DMR.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 10:17 - 121 of 1904

100,000 buy has come through at 0.33 pence from an hour ago.

Another 100,000 buy has come through at 0.34 pence from an hour ago.

Seems the 2 * 100K buys moved the MMs off the 0.35 pence offer. They had to move after the 2* 100K buys and a 500K buy at that price yesterday as well.

Before Christmas:

Current directors with a proven track record of floatations and aquisitions have hinted at injecting / aquiring a south african resources asset. Listed in Bermuda also makes the proposition attractive long-term. Limited stock in free float should the tide turn = sharp price swings. Historically charts indicates a recovery from 'all time low' with positive news flow expected.

Another tick up to 0.30 pence on the bid...WINS moved up to 0.30 pence on the bid there, just KBC on the 0.40 pence offer. Both moved up now: 0.30-0.45 pence now, up 36.36%.

Expect to see some delayed buys come through again at 14.54 hrs which is in an hour's time.

We have just about broken the resistance at 0.35 pence....not fully yet. They think the price will rise to 1.42 pence or more once we do. Stranger things have happened so even computer analysis shouldn't be ignored.

Neutral (Medium term) - Oct 10, 2005 Analysis Explanation
Has broken through the ceiling of a falling trend channel. This indicates a slower falling rate initially, or the start of a more horizontal development. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock has support at p 0.10 and resistance at p 0.35. The poor liquidity of the stock (traded 45% of the days, mean 0.04 mill per day) may weaken the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 14:26 - 127 of 1904

50,000 buy comes through at 0.39 pence from an hour ago...suppose that was the quantity one could buy through their broker and nothing more.
