If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Any chance of a summary feature on level 2 i.e. giving a total of orders at any given price instead of listing each individual order. It is the only reason I keep Level2 from t'other side and as it is so slow in loading and so unreliable I would love an excuse to jump ship.

qwento,
can't make any promises, but I will pass this comment onto our developers for consideration.
E mail me directly if you have any other enhancement ideas ian@moneyam.com

qwento,
sounds like an obviously useful feature - I'll put this on the wishlist
for level2. can't say when this will be in but we'll plan towards it.

Martini,
Have made Felix and Jonathan aware of this, and I will keep an eye on it at my end.

Happened to me about 20 mins ago. No clues as to why apart from switching pages.

My stockwatch keeps reverting to old data - if I move from one stockwatch list to another, and then back again, I am consistently getting prices as they were at 10am'ish this morning

Ian - refreshing fixes it, but it then fails again on the next switch between stockwatch lists and back again (I presume you mean ctrl F5)

just added a stock to one of my watch lists which had UKX on it, and after the update got the message that live ukx was no longer available to me at my subscription level. Haven't changed my subscription (knowingly!) and I believe I pay for live indicies. Tried adding it again, same error message. Could you take a look please.
