Do I am the one to have the last laugh, LLOY was the best performer of the 3 banks ..........
Closing Market Report
Bankers were again under pressure on funding concerns, with Barclays the biggest sector casualty, down 12.65p at 360p, as investors fretted that the bank is about to sell-off the family silver to bolster its balance sheet.
Lloyds Banking Group dropped 1.89p at 89.72p, ( spread 90.01 / 90.09 ) on concerns over the cost of its attempts to escape from the asset protection program, with press reports suggesting it could be as much as 2bn. Lloyds also announced it is to dispose of the Halifax Estate Agencies.
The poor sentiment spilled over to Royal Bank of Scotland, 1.14p lower at 46.96p.

shut up the pair of you! .... you're as childish as each other, though i did chuckle at the vibrator joke
i don't hold any financial shares, though perhaps i should ...... the big Q surely is whether or not LLOY (or any other) is now going to go bankrupt ..... if not, then there has to be a right price to buy .... certainly 60p for LLOY would not look a bad entry point if sp actually drops that far

re - Master RSI - Keep it up, - I must congratulate you on the cartoons - I am with you on the latest stocks INCH, HAWK, BPC, ANR
Sorry no to answer you before, I just noticed your post on going back a bit to get some charts, I was busy and I was only posting "copy and paste from the News papers, without looking at past post.
Once again thanks for your nice comments, and glad you are doing well on the share selection. INCH had a BREAKOUT today and BPC much the same, the other 2 are moving along nicely.
You seem to have a way on picking the right ones, I am glad for you.

re - Look for buy signals when both the MACD and Slow Stochastic are above their signal lines.
I suspect you have noticed on my comments sometines where I am saying "oversold" is cos I looked at the Indicators and reached much the same conclution as buy signals.
To tell you the truth there are not many on this thread, that have much idea of them

RSI can stay in overbought or oversold territory for yonks mr tosser , only reliable indicator is price imo and these are down nearly 20% from when you were saying buy at 111p.

Master.my Palestinian friend...I am not retreatingits just I prefer to spend my time making moneyor having fun
Disregarding all the drivel written on this threadand just using all the factual articles that have been postedincluding your own postingsit looks like you still holdand still recommend
I also feel you retreated when Fred cornered you over the chartNow call me a thicko... but uncertainties over participation in the UK government's asset protection schemeadd to that the sp down 13% over the last monthunder-performing the UK banks sector by 15%add to that an expected rights issue worth 10bn-15bn which will cost them an exit fee of between 1 or 2 billionand you are left with high risk with a possible total wipe-out for minimal returnsWhat would be your guess on the sp twelve months from now?...brave man...keep calling ityour followers seem to like the spin
