OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.
No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.
So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

Lambykins, I am a lamb, a lamb I am I tell you.
I think you're not a Lamb. I think you don't bat an eye lid at the mention of mint sauce.
I'm a lamb you spot on the hillside as you drive past, ever so fast, on way to market.
I eat green grass.
I am a lamb.
Lambs don't eat rice, even though it maybe nice. How do you know rice is nice if your a lamb that doesn't eat nice rice?
I put it to you.
I am a lamb.

ZZZZzzzzZZZZZ (Snort) Grmph, wh....what? whe...where am I? Oh, Bunny's; thank God, I thought I was on another planet for a minute! Dreamed that I was a dog pretending to be a lamb but I've come back as me. A bit like a plot from Dallas. Oh yes, I know you lot from the VIY thread are peering through the window! :o)
I think a pint or three of Guinness is in order.

Morning Bunny! The squirrels and the badgers have been sorting my garden out, so I'll just help myself to whatever's going and to a pint or two of Guinness if I may. Have you got a bone for Shep, my sheepdog?

Your buyer is very lucky Bunny! When we bought our present house the garden looked as if it hadn't been touched for 12 months or more! If you are getting tired I'll send you some of our squirrels and badgers to help; mind you they are only useful if you want your garden to look like the trenches in WW1 :o(
Oooh! Someone has left me a nice plate of lunch. Lurverly! (Munch, munch)
