Well done, in trying to convince some punters of there ways, but you know pm1 has his fan club, followers, to them he is there god, if they saw him shoot some one they would swear blind it wasn't him. Pm1 does do some good research and is very enthusiastic keep it up pm. But you must take all posters with a pinch of salt and do your own research. Take a look at my research page only facts nothing else.

Oblomov is a serial stirrer and stalker, he is lying when he says PM was banned from FYB, he left volantarily, before he got banned

bosley - 08 Oct 2005 14:27 - 10894 of 27111

who cares.

paulmasterson1 - 08 Oct 2005 15:15 - 10895 of 27111

Bosley Hi,

You say "as the last few announcements have been, there are still no pounds showing." ....

EVO say 20 machines will be in place by end of October, that is 600,000 gross profit, I call that a lot of 'pounds'

Cheers,
PM

bosley - 08 Oct 2005 15:22 - 10896 of 27111

pm1 , i hope they are right, but until it is in the bank, it is still no pounds.

paulmasterson1 - 08 Oct 2005 15:25 - 10897 of 27111

Mr Positively Mad Hi,

Almost the right way to put it, the way it went was that I was suspended pending a dispute being resolved, I was not banned, and I decided that I had seen enough of Oblomov and a couple of others stirring, and insulting me while I was suspended and unable to respond, so I decided it was time to build my own shares website with it's own discussion forums, and therefore I told FYB not to reinstate me.

I still have all the e-mails between myself and FYB, if anyone is really that bothered that yhey want proof.

My new website will appear sometime, I am rather busy at the moment, and will be for the next few months, as the company I work for has just been bought out. Meanwhile I will continue posting here.

Cheers,
PM

paulmasterson1 - 08 Oct 2005 15:27 - 10898 of 27111

Bosley Hi,

How do you know it's not already in the bank ?

Stanelco sure aren't going to issue an RNS just to tell us that ....

Cheers,
PM

Mr Positively Mad - 08 Oct 2005 15:39 - 10899 of 27111

PM
that Oblomov is a scoundrel, he will run with the hare and the hounds to get attention.
Totally clueless about investing, as most of them on FYB are, they had to have a very basic course on investment terminology someone reported on iii.So no wonder
they protect each others ignorance by getting contrarian posters banned.
I am short SEO at the present, but I always listen to the opposite side.

bosley - 08 Oct 2005 15:56 - 10900 of 27111

pm1, do you know that it's in the bank?

oblomov - 08 Oct 2005 17:22 - 10901 of 27111

Paul,

Thats an interesting take on what happened - another take would be that you jumped before you were pushed because you wouldn't remove the posts as requested by the FYB admin.

I do feel people should know exactly where you are coming from and in which context to view your posts so I hope you donr mind if in the interests of accuracy I reprint below the two posts on the SEO thread from the FYB administrators which accompanied your departure.

I suggest we drop the subject now.

Guys and Gals
PM has NOT been banned but rather suspended. Due to inappropriate remarks he made on the COO thread, he was asked by Wendy to edit them out as we felt they could seriously mislead others reading that thread. PM refused to edit those remarks and we were therefore left with no choice but to remove the whole thread from Public view and suspend the poster.
We presently await PM to contact either Wendy or myself by email to express his side of the matter and provided we are satisfied with any assurances he may wish to give, we will reconsider his status with Fillyaboots and possibly reinstate the thread with the offending remarks deleted.
All members have a duty of care when posting in public and reference to the latest FSA rules (see link at the top of each Forum) will explain their legal responsibilities not to mislead others whether inadvertent or otherwise.
Thank you for your cooperation

I would like to pass on to all thread users the following quote from an email I have just received from Paul Masterson:

"FYI I am now going to build a new website, it will contain research on long term growth stocks, in the same way my Stanelco Research website does, it will not contain any suggestion of future price predictions, but will, like lemminginvestor, select various stocks with huge potential, it will also contain discussion forums, which I will administer.

For 48 a year I get what I want, a place to put all my research, a discussion forum where I can ban the abusers permanantly, and my own domain name, I call that a bargain.

I guess that means we will be in competition, so forget the reinstatement, conflicts of interest and all that."

I think that makes the situation very clear. PM1 has voluntarily relinquished his membership of this site. Needless to say, Fillyaboots will of course accede to his request not to be reinstated as a member.

Edited by removal as posted the same post twicw in error!!

antofelli - 08 Oct 2005 17:33 - 10903 of 27111

Oblo why don`t you stop all yours instigations? You must accept that if you upset PM1 you upset a lot of people on this board

oblomov - 08 Oct 2005 17:51 - 10904 of 27111

Anto - thats no good reason to stop. He implied he had special inside knowledge, I queried that, his response is here for you to read and we now have a clearer understanding on how much credence to give some of his wilder statements.

If that upsets Paul or Paul's fans so be it. The board isn't here to please Paul.

I think this has run its natural course now, so no more posts from me on the subject.

Bosley Hi,

RE "pm1, do you know that it's in the bank?"

How could I, but your suggesting it isn't, "but until it is in the bank, it is still no pounds."

The way I see it, is that Stanelco have said rollout is as per expectations, EVO expectations are 20 machines by the end of October, the only place they would get a figure like that is from Stanelco, and you are implying that will not be the case, by suggesting there are 'no pounds' in the bank, and that you won't be counting them until Stanelco tell you they are there, whereas I trust Stanelco and EVO to tell it like it is, rather than how they want it to appear.

Cheers,
PM

driver: you queried my trading in SEO, bearing in mind a purchase of 100k shares at 21p. Nearly all my trading in SEO has been by CFDs. With a gearing of 5:1 this obviously means that movements are exaggerated in one's total position. The prudent would keep a margin but a fall of 1p means 1000 quid down on that holding. Lucky not to have lost more than I did, but my approach has been to reduce exposure as the sp falls. Thus I finally sold out around 17p. Not in a position to reinvest at the moment (impact of losses plus capital needed) but I'm still actively interested in the share pending the availability of funds.

The key question that is not really being discussed is the balance of arguments re buying and selling at present. Are the traders going short or long? The opinion I have expressed is that it is difficult to call at the moment. The reason is the transfer in market perception from a company driven by the compelling prospects of Greenseal to a more broadly based set of products. bos: this is why I wouldn't look for that much from the next figures. We will have had the first quarter of the ASDA deal: 20 in Q1 would be consistent with four quarters of 20, 40, 60, 80. I wouldn't be that concerned if the first quarter was 10 not 20. Its clear that Greenseal is going much slower than Evolution and KBC Peel Hunt predicted; I suspect partly for engineering reasons related to retrofitting used equipment.

Fortunately, it appears that Starpol is taking up the running from the last RNS. Peel Hunt have recently increased their forecast for 2005/6 to a pbt(etc) of 7.43m pounds or a pe of around 20 which is not that demanding. There is still a deal of uncertainty that is likely to hold the sp back. Lets say there are positve RNSs forthcoming over Starpol, then we need to know from the Evo and PH what these mean in terms of cap. value. Lets say that they mean 50K pounds based on Starpol alone or 5p per share. If the ASDA deal is still projecting 200 machines, the equivalent value (remembering the on-going impact of royalties) is 10p using PH figures. Lo and behold a reasonable sp of 15p. What might cause the bulls to come back in in force? US deal for Greenseal of course; better Starpol projections or some really meaningful contribution from Frogpack.

As a direct investor in shares, I would certainly still be holding a decent quantity (as andysmith) but, out as I am and if I had the funds, I would use ii (yes he has contributed something useful) channel graph to determine timing of re-entry or react quickly to positive news, significant in the terms I have written above. Pretty certain I would avoid CFDs either way.

Suggest it would be more profitable to debate this contribution than extend the bickering about what PM might or might not have said, meant or inferred.

Eric

Oh for christ sake - you are all behaving like little children - for heavens sake grow up. I am going elsewhere until you lot start behaving like grown investors and can discuss matters properly. With apologies to eric who has probably made the most sensible posting for about 500 posts.

Bye for now

Sorry if my changing the subject to SEO and Greenseal offends anyone !

I was passing ASDA Watford tonight and decided to go on a Greenseal (GS) hunt. As I reported here after my last visit 2 weeks or so ago, the full "Smart Price" range of budget/value ready meals was still using it.

Additionally there is now a new "Great Stuff" range of ready meals seemingly promoted at the kids nutritional meals market. Some of these were GS - but not all. I looked for a dividing factor and the only common denominator was that all the GS meals were "unsitable for microwave" and should be oven cooked. Non GS meals could be microwaved. I do not know if this was to do with the ingredients or not. I do recall reading once microwavability being possible with GS so hope this was not a discovery of any consequence, to be seized upon by the bashers.

Incidently these were the only products I could find - no layered salads which were the subject of the second (?) trial not any fresh packed fish products. Mind you I do find Watford a rather unsophisticated place !!
