MoneyAM Stock-Picker of the Year 2004 Competition.

So who really is the best stock picker amongst the MoneyAM users!

Our users simply had to choose any 2 London Stock Exchange (LSE & AIM) stocks which they thought would be the best performer in 2004. The MoneyAM user who picked the stock which increased the most (%) from all the MoneyAM user submissions would become the winner. If there was a tie for first place (two or more users choose the same stock) then the winner would be the one whose second stock performs the best, the second prize would go to the next person who chose the same winning stock but whose second stock was the second best performing etc.

Not bad, since we are at a bit of a low pending announcement of who the partner is, and pending a rumoured shareholder's day out go-karting in the Eindhoven sun in mid June, and the table doesn't take account of leverage due to warrants.

And still this table is distorted by Matrix being listed as OST at 100% loss. This should currently be showing I believein first place (cant remember the exact start of yr price)

Congratulations. I looked at them today (due to your posting) and they are about 4 fold, ie about 300% up, maybe more, but its hard from a graph to judge the precise price at the start of the year. I assume MXC was your choice.

Do you know what the start of year price was?

It's a bit of fun for me following this. I am not even in the competition as I wasn't using MoneyAm too much at the start of the year.
