Updated for Tuesday 27th April...

Mind you it's bloody academic in this market.....

The whole world is waiting for what? I get the feeling everybody is still scared about terroism and knocking the recovery for six. So we are all caught between a rock and a hard place. Neither up or down. There is so much pent up momentum now that if a prominent direction is established it'll go with a whoosh.

apeman - 27 Apr 2004 00:31 - 111 of 362

Very aptly put.

morning BT and all.
Very good comment BT. and very correct aswell.Looks like stagnant and on a hair trigger could either rocket up or sink like a lead weight.
Trade wisely and safely.
If in doubt stay out.
remember a "no Position" is a position of merit.

- by the look of it downwards.

a Monday purchase which I placed a stop loss just below the S3 before the purchase kicked in yesterday. Got the dividend so the overall loss was about 50. Could have been worse, as the share is still dropping!

Updated for Friday 30th April..

Zarif: You can always try a Ctrl+F5 (refresh). The table is large, so it takes a time to load.

snoball - 05 May 2004 16:58 - 124 of 362

BryanTrada I dont get the 'export to Excel' option when I right click on the table. I'm using W98 so maybe that is the problem. Any suggestions?

Jolly useful data though.

apeman - 06 May 2004 01:49 - 125 of 362

snoball -it doesn't work with XP either. Simply right-click in the scrollable area, left-click "select all" and then on keyboard "ctrl c" or "edit copy" using mouse in the usual Windows way and you will then be able to paste all the info into excel, or wherever else takes your fancy.

morning BT and all

BrianTrayda - 06 May 2004 08:12 - 127 of 362

For the Excel Export you need to install the Excel Web Import optional item. I'll post a link later on.

Thread on 'the other site' regarding the Goldline system. The program downloads the days closing numbers from the Goldline system then calculates and tells you at what level to buy, sell, move stops,or hold.

The poster started in Feb and has now lost a fair whack plus the cost of the system.

Interesting thread I thought.
