Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Yes hotei that is what I meant - we have now restarted streamers and the problem should be cured - can you E mail me if you still experience it

Thanks

just added a stock to one of my watch lists which had UKX on it, and after the update got the message that live ukx was no longer available to me at my subscription level. Haven't changed my subscription (knowingly!) and I believe I pay for live indicies. Tried adding it again, same error message. Could you take a look please.

Not getting trades coming through on MMD. Missing two trades over last hour.

Hotei - 18 Jul 2003 08:43 - 1105 of 7315

trade volume on stock watch lower than sum of buys/sells/unknown on trades page - epic SPS - out by 25%

Time Traveller - 18 Jul 2003 22:56 - 1108 of 7315

Do we know when we shall be able to see the time a level 2 order is placed on the book. This was mentioned some time ago as on the wish list and I was wondering when it was due to be available.

Is Level 2 not running today - Sunday. It would be useful to see the quoted spreads of the MMs for certain stocks as the market closed on Friday. I tried using L2 but nothing appeared today.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 21 Jul 2003 07:19 - 1110 of 7315

BT - thank you I will get the tech boys to look into this.

TT - It is still on the wishlist at the moment, but I will keep you posted.

Haystack - we are somewhat at the mercy of what our dataproviders are sending through, but I will raise it as an issue.

Request: the main thread list is difficult to follow when there are very long thread titles as they are wrapped. Could they either be truncated (with an alternative hover over text), or given a resizable columen. Or whatever is necessary to make the list more readable.
TIA
