OFF TOPIC ALERT!!!

For anyone interested in Timestrip (another smart packaging company) I have started a new thread:

https://www.moneyam.com/InvestorsRoom/posts.php?tid=8791#lastread

(Although only 7.75p I think these could overtake SEO in the short term)

oblomov - 09 Oct 2005 22:21 - 10946 of 27111

Mr Positively Mad /Brandname

Briefly see page 535 of this thread, Shamonas two posts 10692 and 10699 - thats where the pm being banned on iii came from. Now lets drop it, shall we?

bosley - 09 Oct 2005 22:26 - 10947 of 27111

andy, your idea of having sensible discussions off the bb is starting to look attractive.

TheFrenchConnection - 10 Oct 2005 00:26 - 10948 of 27111

Amities / ln addition Andy my last mail was by no means my first to question SEO s valuation .ALL my mails in the past month { since 22p } have been strongly BEARISH.: and have strongly advised selling . Afer all l am a percentages man myself Andy ; l would never be critical of ANYONE banking profit. lt is YOUR money; and for you to decide what is best in your personal circumstances . l happen to think you did the RIGHT thing . Also on no occassion have i ever slated you. lf anything your mails were appreciated as they came from someone who worked in the packaging sector. Your specialist knowledge was second to none <>,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, OILYRAG . hmm ce que c'est drole.La Blague .la situation devient alarmate ,,Err Quand vide-t-on les poubelles ! Ths is an English based board hence out of courtesy alone do i try and speak English on here. But if all you can do is critisize my spelling , punctuation and grammar then by all means let us conduct our future conversations in my language. You pedanatic petty man! He who laughs last and all that ........@+ J ..And this week ? SEO will fluctuate between 13.5 and 15 ......qui sait lol ,,Bonne nuit

Oilywag - 10 Oct 2005 07:44 - 10949 of 27111

TFC

I may be a pedantic and petty man. But I think I also may be perceptive. I think that you are in fact English and choose to use a little French in your posts to complement your name. If not, and you are indeed French, then I congratulate you on your English. Funny though, with my extremely limited French I think there are a couple of spelling mistakes in your French words above.

Notwithstanding, could you please break your long posts into paragraphs so that it is much easier to read?

Much appreciated.

niceonecyril - 10 Oct 2005 07:45 - 10950 of 27111

Andy Smith's(and others) decision to sell turned out to be the right one, what i appriciated was that he was open and informed us and gave his reasons.Considered taking his advice(selling some ),but decided to hold on until next week.
The latest RNS gives some indication that we will hear an announcement, either just before or during the conferance? To me this could be a good time for those waiting in the wing to consider an entry point, confirmation of Greenseal Orders,Starpol,Frogpack,Petal Pack or any of the other products could see this move quickly. As it has been said you don't want to be out when news does
arrive.
Read some posts suggesting mm's playing about? Thought that Sets was to
control SP movement and relate more to market trading?

stockdog - 10 Oct 2005 07:49 - 10951 of 27111

TFC - suggest you post when sober or at least calm - you give the hysterical Fench a bad name! Who cares about your clever profit taking and your gallic vanity. None of your posts are really about SEO, they are all about you - deeply boring, not that you are the only one to be so on this thread which has really ceased to have any value since being taken over by the egomaniacs over the last 6 months.

Funny, you never used to be such a prick when you held SEO. Why is it that Bears are so ungracious and snide - however clever and correct and profitable, compared to their Bull counterparts who are at worst full of immature, wrong-headed, loss-making good nature. I've yet to meet a polite Bear - is it the inevitable nature of the beast that he will rage at you even when he's winning?

A bientot sera trop tot pour moi, mon cher!

morning all. cyril, fair comment about getting back in depending what the next rns says, but, how far will the sp fall before the rns is released?
oily, although tfc's posts can be 3km long they are always worth the effort. let's hope we don't see you on the bins.

Oilywag - 10 Oct 2005 07:59 - 10953 of 27111

bos

I am on the bins. Can't you tell by my rubbish posts?

Hope that SEO's sp takes me off the bins.

The oily one

TheFrenchConnection - 10 Oct 2005 08:05 - 10954 of 27111

Amities / Sadly Oily, Your perception is quite wrong as regards my origins . But you cant be that simple:and i draw the comclusion from your name which suggests you are connected/ invested to the oil industry ....One in which i am sure you will agree has been very generous to us since 2003 Bonne chance ........Amusez-vous bien ..................\nope no spelling mistakes . My French is impeccable. @+ J

hewittalan6 - 10 Oct 2005 08:08 - 10955 of 27111

Still maintain my last stance that the bears have had a good run, but will now hibernate for the winter, leaving a free run for the bulls. On the back of this, I have kept my long position and intend to extend it as and when I can free up some more stake. I don't go for this he said, she said rubbish and I have no information to go on other than that which is freely available, but I still see no change in the SEO prospects, just a realisation from the markets that even the worlds best ideas can take a long time to commercialise and that profits from this are not there in an instant. We live in a world that demands everything now, and this apparent slwness of delivery has caused the sp to drop, nothing else. Holding tight and hoping.
Alan

niceonecyril - 10 Oct 2005 08:10 - 10956 of 27111

Bos the next news should be no more than a week away, as far as the SP is concerned,( can't be far of bottom) who knows? Just feel to get in before any update could come up trumps,my reading of the last RNS leads me to the conclusion there must be a positive message coming. So getting in before, rather than after seems a fair bet?
cyril

bosley - 10 Oct 2005 08:13 - 10957 of 27111

alan, is that what you've named your balls....."tight" and " hoping"?

paulmasterson1 - 10 Oct 2005 08:16 - 10958 of 27111

Mr Positively Mad Hi,

bosley - 10 Oct 2005 08:21 - 10960 of 27111

lol
i hear that!!!!

TheFrenchConnection - 10 Oct 2005 08:23 - 10961 of 27111

Amities /. SD . lf you care to check you will discover more companies go UP than down . l am NOT a Bear - merely bearish reg SEO { at this particular time }......l merely let the trend be my friend and go either way . Also if the French be arrogant it is only to ofset the simplicity of the English . Hanging monkeys ..l rest my case. @J

hewittalan6 - 10 Oct 2005 08:28 - 10962 of 27111

TFC,
I have no wish to spoil the entente cordiale (my French is crap), but was it not the French who had a statue as a judge in trials where people were sentenced to death? Was it not the French who erected a statue to entirely the wrong man in the Place Concorde, and nobody noticed, until it was melted down for weaponry.
We all live in glass houses of one sort or another, so throwing stones will not benefit anyone.
My best wishes to the Gallic races.
Alan

And not one mention of the stature of liberty.

pisces - 10 Oct 2005 10:25 - 10964 of 27111

I think theFrenchConnection is spot on,we`ve had many days in the past week with more buys than sells yet the price keeps on dropping, surely this is down to a massive stock overhang. It would be nice to see the chart going sideways for a few weeks just to consolidate matters, but then we all knew this was going to be a rocky ride.Trouble is this could shoot up at anytime on good news and you`ve got to be in it to win it.Ref Andy Smith, well done mate,a good investor makes money and no sympathy can be involved when decisions have to be made, wish id`e got out at 28p,looks like im`e in for the very long term.
